“Hotel and Room are not clean. Room is actually dirty. Comforter was sort of yellow/brown and did not look like it had been washed. Several stains on both carpet and bed sheets. We found hair clip on the floor. We also found a much larger hair piranha inside the bed sheets. Trash is not picked up often and accumulates on stairs, hall and even overloading trash bins. The smoke detector, for some reason, was covered with a plastic, thus making it completely useless. Spider webs on the sprinkler head and on ceiling across the room. I have taken several pictures. Breakfast is far from acceptable. The quantity is very limited and it runs out fast. When asked for more cereal, front desk told me "this is all we have". According to the front desk, eggs, bacon had not been in the breakfast menu since March 2020. My kids used the pool and they mentioned that the color of the water was weird and that it did not smell clean. This is the same experience from other friends that also stayed at this hotel during the same period as we were there for a soccer tournament. This was a total disappointment for a Hampton customer. I will definitely never stay at this hotel again.”
