“I’m surprised by any good reviews. The lobby and elevators are not clean and clearly in disrepair. Our room was so disappointing due to uncleanliness as well as no toilet paper. There was old fried chicken on the floor and the bathroom has mold on the ceiling and around the tub. Need I say more. My sister stayed as well and her room was just as bad. We won’t be staying here again!”

Meu marido encontrou um pedaço de pepperoni no banheiro, as camas tinham manchas. O sofá e o chão estavam sujos. Esta foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu quando eu fiz check-out do hotel devido à limpeza. Eu amo Hilton e fiquei extremamente desapontado. Acabamos fazendo o check-out, já que o hotel não tinha mais quartos. Para ser sincero, não acho que teria ficado se eles tivessem mais quartos. Normalmente sou exigente e meu marido até achava que era sujo. Isso era inaceitável. Eu nunca vou ficar naquele local novamente!”
