“No momento do check-in, notei que a entrada e no caminho para o quarto estava suja. Quando entramos no quarto, ele estava imundo! Meu marido encontrou um pedaço de pepperoni no banheiro, as camas tinham manchas. O sofá e o chão estavam sujos. Esta foi a primeira vez que isso aconteceu quando eu fiz check-out do hotel devido à limpeza. Eu amo Hilton e fiquei extremamente desapontado. Acabamos fazendo o check-out, já que o hotel não tinha mais quartos. Para ser sincero, não acho que teria ficado se eles tivessem mais quartos. Normalmente sou exigente e meu marido até achava que era sujo. Isso era inaceitável. Eu nunca vou ficar naquele local novamente!”

“Upon checking in, I noticed the entrance and on the way to the room was dirty. When we got into the room, it was filthy! My husband found a piece of pepperoni in the bathroom, the beds had stains. The sofa and floors were dirty. This was the first time this ever happen where I checked out of hotel due to cleanliness. I love Hilton, and I was extremely disappointed. We ended up checking out, since the hotel didn’t have didn’t have more rooms. To be honest, I don’t think I would of stayed if they had more rooms. I’m usually the picky one and my husband even thought it was dirty. This was unacceptable. I will never stay at that location again!”
