“Os quartos estavam limpos tudo estava indo muito bem até que alguém roubou o carro do meu avô e o hotel não pode nos dar qualquer evidência de quem fez isso porque eles não tinham câmeras de segurança onde ele estava estacionado, é uma área fechada que não deveria. em primeiro lugar, simplesmente não confie em seus serviços de segurança.”
