“We absolutely loved this hotel for our trip to Brazil! The best part of staying here was definitely the staff everyone was so kind and attentive, probably one of the best services we have received at a hotel. Most importantly we felt completely safe during our stay. They literally gifted me a chocolate cake for my birthday & I never even told them it was my birthday. Loved it and I recommend it all the time.”

“The hotel is 100 years old next year, it has history, it’s classic and classy.
The staff is well trained and the most polite and attentive I ever had ( and I’ve traveled a lot) the service is impeccable!
We asked to switch rooms due to allergies and they gave us a better suite and also didn’t charge us for the first night. This hotel was on the top of my list and it didn’t disappoint me.
I definitely recommend it.
