“Iconic hotel... and you expect much more than what you get. Main building is old and there is some noise challenges. Poor amenities. No attention to details.
Breakfast is great but last table row on the terrasse is almost on the sunbeds of the pool.”

“This is without a single doubt in my mind the best hotel to stay at in Rio if not in all of brazil. It is historically iconic which I totally love and the level of service is unmatched. I requested glass Evian water and the hotel did not have if but an hour later it was in our room waiting for me to enjoy. The spa here is not all that but the products in the spa are a must. They have an amazing collection of towels and eye masks and robes you have to snag them. Love everything about this hotel. Super safe!”
