Very nice hotel. The free breakfast had many different selections to choose from. They also had a comfortable patio area to enjoy the outdoors.

O quarto estava limpo. Infelizmente, a TV não estava funcionando e não pôde ser reparada pela manutenção. Acabamos tendo que mudar para outro quarto. A equipe de atendimento ao cliente se desculpou e atualizou nosso quarto. Na verdade, a maioria dos funcionários foi amigável e profissional. Por outro lado, o café da manhã era menos do que medíocre (todos embalados) e fortemente guardado por funcionários de cozinha hostis…marido diz que uma pessoa o observou de perto enquanto ele examinava as seleções embaladas! Nós entendemos SE for relacionado à Pandemia, pois AINDA estamos usando máscara ... um sorriso (se desmascarado) e uma palavra gentil ajuda muito!

The room was clean. Unfortunately the TV was not working and was unable to be repaired by maintenance. We ended up having to move into another room. Guest service staff was apologetic and upgraded our room. In fact, the majority of staff were friendly and professional. On the other hand, breakfast was less than mediocre (ALL packaged) and heavily guarded by unwelcoming kitchen staff…hubby says a person watched him closely while he perused the packaged selections! We get it IF it’s Pandemic related as we’re STILL wearing mask…a smile (if unmasked)and a kind word goes a long way!

Agradavelmente surpreso. Quarto parecia limpo. Cozinha tem fogão de 2 olhos, microondas e geladeira / freezer em tamanho grande. Muitas toalhas. TV premium de graça. A gestão foi maravilhosa! Café-da-manhã com pratos quentes foi um wrap de salsicha, mas foi bom o suficiente. Eles também tinham aveia, iogurte, muffins, etc.

Pleasantly surprised. Room seemed clean. Kitchen has 2 eye stove, microwave and full size fridge/freezer. Plenty of towels. Premium TV for free. Management was wonderful! Hot breakfast was a sausage wrap, but it was good enough. They also had oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, etc.

Recebi então uma ligação da recepção dizendo que eu deveria ser cauteloso com minhas roupas na lavagem. Assim que fui ver como estavam, eles já haviam sido ROUBADOS.Eu relatei isso para a recepção sem assistência dada a mim. O agente da recepção então me disse que não havia nada que ele pudesse fazer. Quando sugeri que ele verificasse o registro de entrada do cartão-chave, ele olhou para mim e continuou com seus negócios.A única coisa que me incomoda foi que ele depois brincou zombeteiramente e disse que foi ele quem roubou minhas roupas e riu. Não achei graça. Então pensei que era uma boa ideia dar em cima de mim e me dar o número do telefone dele!!!!!! Também acho estranho que eles soubessem que roupas estavam sendo roubadas e não fizeram nada a respeito.Como alguém que frequentou essa instalação durante todas as visitas a Atlanta, me dói ver como esse negócio é realmente administrado. Gastei mais de 1500,00 em acomodações de viagem nos últimos 4 meses e este local nunca verá um centavo meu. Ainda completamente indignado.CUIDADO!

It pains me to write this review. I recently wrote a glowing review about this location in regards to my previous trip, but boy has that changed. My final night stay, I decided to do laundry. I then received a call from the front desk saying that I should be cautious of my clothes in the wash. As soon as I went to check on them, they had already been STOLEN. I reported this to the front desk with no assistance given to me at all. The front desk agent then told me there was nothing he could do. When I suggested that he check the key card entrance log, he looked at me and went about his business. The thing that bugs me was he then later mockingly joked and said it was he who stole my clothes and laughed. I did not find it funny. Then thought it was a good idea to hit on me and give me his phone number!!!!!! I also find it weird that they knew clothes were being stolen and did nothing about it. As someone who frequented this facility during every visit to Atlanta, it pains me to see how this business is actually run. I’ve spent over 1500.00 in travel accommodations over the past 4 months and this location will never see another dime from me. Still completely outraged. BEWARE!

Não é um hotel ruim. O Pandemic torna as escolhas do café da manhã incrivelmente básicas. O estacionamento é seguro. Eles têm uma academia e uma quadra de basquete. Também uma pequena área agradável ao ar livre. Os elevadores precisam de algum TLC, mas funcionam. Lavandaria leva moedas ou aplicativo móvel. Se você deseja uma estadia tranquila durante uma missão de negócios, não procure mais.

Nós gostamos de ter um estacionamento de fácil acesso e cozinha, e um bom banho com muita água quente. O café da manhã de cortesia foi apenas ok (biscoitos de salsicha Jimmy Dean, iogurte Chobani, leite, cereais, aveia), mas pelo menos eles ainda estão servindo e não usam COVID como desculpa. Não são necessárias máscaras, portanto, tome cuidado para que a maioria dos hóspedes nos elevadores não use máscaras. Faltava um toalheiro no banheiro, só tínhamos uma lixeira, o café no quarto era um pouco medíocre, só vinha com uma pequena quantidade de toalhas de papel e precisávamos pedir outro rolo na primeira noite. Mas no geral as coisas estavam bem em comparação com as expectativas. Melhor do que os problemas que você encontraria em motéis mais baratos. Você recebe o que você paga!

We enjoyed having an easy to access parking garage and kitchen, and a nice shower with lots of hot water. The free breakfast was just okay (Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits, Chobani yogurt, milk, cereal, oatmeal), but at least they're still serving it and not using COVID as an excuse. Masks are not required, so beware that most guests on the elevators will not wear masks. Our bathroom was missing a towel rod, we had only one trash bin, in-room coffee was a little mediocre, it only came with a small amount of paper towels and we needed to ask them for another roll the first night. But overall things were mostly alright compared with expectations. Better than the issues you'd encounter at cheaper motels. You get what you pay for!

Not a bad hotel. Pandemic makes breakfast choices incredibly basic. Parking is secure. They have a gym, and a basketball court. Also a nice little outdoor area. Elevators need some TLC but they work. Laundry room takes coins or mobile app. If you want a quiet stay while on a business assignment look no further.

El servicio de recepción y transportación es excelente. El servicio de impieza y cuidado de la habitacion es pésimo, al parecer el personal que contratan o no reciben lel entrenamiento adecuado o no están debidamente motivados para ofrecer un servicio de calidad como merecen sus huéspedes. El personal de housekeepkng además debe recibir entrenamiento y supervisión sobre su seguridad, por ejemplo al momento del lavado de los baños necesitan guantes y todo el material necesario para garantizar la limpieza y desinfección del área, garantizando su seguridad. Deben reforzar la seguridad del hotel, la cual considero es escasa. Deben disponer de más variedad para el desayuno, pues el menú es el mismo todos los dias.
