We wanted a hotel close to the cruise terminal and I'm happy we selected this location. What's working well: very spacious rooms, small kitchen area with mini fridge and microwave, decent size bathroom, and comfy balcony What could be better: not enough outlets, no USB ports, small closet The staff is cordial and attentive. The free breakfast is okay. Overall, a good value for travelers.

Great location and large room. They had a big breakfast in the morning, and coffee in the room. Loved having a tiny fridge and living area to rest in. Staff was friendly, and there is a little market in the lobby in case you need snacks.

Stayed a night before our cruise. Very conveniently located. The front desk guy wasn't helpful or friendly. Room AC was loud and next to the bed, so couldn't sleep very well. Breakfast wasn't great but it was expected for the price we paid for the hotel. Lady at the front desk the next morning was friendly. Saw few guys swam without proper swimsuits, they wore just tshirt and shorts. Okay to stay a night here.

I used to love this place but after my stay I’m very disappointed. I asked for housekeeping services which was not done to a point the trash started to smell. I had to call front desk and ask for someone to please come take the trash out. The Tv would barley work and would even stop working at times. Their customers service is not as good as it used to. I’m not sure if it’s a different management but it has definitely gone downhill. I was told they would call me when my room was ready since I arrived early which I understand. Check-In is at 3 which I waited for the call but never got it. I decided to go in since it was past 3 and another lady was at the front desk. She then proceeded to say my room was ready but I never got a call and was waiting outside. For the price you would think the service would be great. I’ll just stay at a different location next time.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Friendly staff, the room are always so clean. You can smell the cleanliness as soon as you walk in the doors to the hotel!! We have stayed here several times and love it each time. The kids love the indoor pool and hot tub!!
