Did a 14 day stay at this luxurious Shangri-La Resort in Singapore. Absolutely brilliant experience, outstanding service through all facilities. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating, the private beach is super clean with an abundance of water activities on offer and the on site restaurant has a good varied menu. It’s a little away from the main Singapore city centre but has regular shuttles running all day - the Universal Studios are a must for children and adults alike. Just need to save up for another trip!!!!

A revisit following earlier Sunset visit in October, (when the sea was shut due to jellyfish), to access the watersports. We were welcomed by Roy who was just amazing. A guy who clearly loves his job and is good at it too! A friendly face and great attitude. He ensured everyone was safe in the water, all were wearing safety jackets and providing sage advice to get the best out of each experience. I had always wanted to try paddle boarding and he encouraged and made me realise I was not too old! The kids had a blast and used every piece of equipment! So thank you Shangri-la for allowing us back and thank you Roy for making it a fun day out.

Came for daycation only. Very nice staffs. Food was so so. Don’t expect a beach like Bali’s :) but you can definitely have a good time by the pool or paddle boarding while seeing people bungee jumping nearby in Sentosa;)

Daycation during COVID provides a nice day-long escape with a maximum of 50 attendees. Staff are separate from those maintaining the hotel.

I'm a person with disabilities and i let them know about it prior to our check in and they accommodated us really well. Actually, even before checking in, they already sent me an email letting me know that my requests are going to be accommodated. The room was very very clean and we had enough amenities for our entire family of 2 adults and 2 small children. The sofa bed is quite big so we all fit comfortably in the room. We had the Tropical family getaway promo and the food in the picnic basket are delicious! Our kids also enjoyed the free floaty and the sand toys. The roaming peacocks, peahens and monitor lizards added to the adventure. The surroundings were very clean, the staff were nice and accommodating. Our kids just wanted to stay with us so didn't bother to register to the Toots Club but the hotel let me know that they will accommodate all 3 children even if the package only included 2. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. It was just a one night stay but we had a really great time. Thanks to all the staff! The people are this hotel's greatest asset.
