We had a comfortable stay, the front desk folks were delightful, the beds were excellent, but the one drawback was the very noisy air conditioner/fan unit

Wasn't terrible but could've been better. $7 per person per day for a sack breakfast to go seemed a bit outrageous to me so I skipped that. I guess it was okay otherwise.

Percevejos! Eu me machuquei nesta clínica e tive que fazer uma cirurgia no ombro. Por que estou escrevendo isso agora? Isso tem me incomodado por um tempo! Quando minha esposa e eu fomos picados por percevejos, machuquei meu ombro. Nós dois fomos devorados por insetos implorantes! Eles não me dariam outro quarto. Tivemos que dormir em nosso carro para a convocação de nossa filha !. Não apenas nos maltrataram, como me deram uma carta sem o formulário de um quarto grátis. Liguei para o departamento de saúde de Newport News e eles vieram ver a limpeza do quarto. Eu tive que fazer uma operação no ombro e meu ombro ainda dói. Isso me prejudicou e é assim que me sinto!

¡Chinches! Me lastimé en esta instalación y tuve que operarme el hombro. ¿Por qué estoy escribiendo esto ahora? ¡Me ha estado molestando por un tiempo! Cuando mi esposa y yo estábamos siendo mordidos por chinches, me lastimé el hombro. ¡Ambos fuimos devorados por los bichos de la mendicidad! No me dieron otra habitación. ¡Tuvimos que dormir en nuestro coche para nuestra hija Convocación !. No solo nos maltrataron, sino que me entregaron una carta sin el formulario para una habitación libre. Llamé al departamento de salud de Newport News y salieron para ver la limpieza de la habitación. Tuve que operarme de hombro y todavía me duele el hombro. ¡Esto me ha pasado factura y así es como me siento!

Very excellent 3-11 and 7-3 person wasss fantastic. Will be staying again. Very nice hotel . Breakfast was amazing. 🤍🤍

Bed Bugs! I got hurt at this facility and had to have surgery to my shoulder. Why am I writing this now? Its been bothering me for a while! When my wife and I was being bitten by bed bugs, I hurt my shoulder. We both were eaten up by beg bugs! They would not give me another room. We had to sleep in our car for our daughter Convocation!. Not only did they mistreat us they gave me a letter without the form for a free room. I called Newport News Health department and they came out to view the cleanup of the room. I had to get a shoulder operation and my shoulder still hurts. This has taken a toll on me and this is how I feel!

Immaculate room! The manager, Mr. Patel and all of his staff are kind, generous and extremely helpful. If you are in this area, stay here!!! Safe area and really good breakfast, too.

La habitación no está particularmente limpia, 2 pañuelos desechables en una caja en el baño cuando me registré, además de la toalla sucia de alguien colgando en el armario. Quarto não particularmente limpo, 2 lenços de papel no banheiro quando fiz o check-in, além da toalha suja de alguém pendurada no armário. Não é provável que fique aqui novamente. Acho que seus protocolos de limpeza precisam de algum trabalho, e seu adesivo lacrando a porta não significa muito. Felizmente eu escolhi um estabelecimento Hilton diferente na área para amanhã à noite. E eu sou um membro Diamante ... Espero melhor.

Room not particularly clean, 2 tissues in box in bathroom when I checked in, plus someone's dirty towel hanging in closet.Not likely to stay here again.Guess your cleaning protocols need some work, and your sticker sealing the door doesn't mean a whole lot.Thankfully I chose a different Hilton property in area for tomorrow night.And I'm a Diamond member....I expect better.

I love Hilton when I travel to NY we stay at Homewood Suites. This branch is amazing as well. Clean room great breakfast. Eric was kind and helpful. THANK you for a great stay.

Very clean hotel with staff cleaning the common areas throughout the day. The men and women who worked the front desk were extremely friendly and professional during my three night stay. I like the way it is tucked away from the busy areas, but you can reach local destinations easily. Beautiful lobby area!
