“I spent a week on vacation at this resort and the experience was incredible. Hygiene and sanitation measures in relation to COVID 19 were excellent. The property is located in a beautiful place, although the beach cannot be used for swimming because it is open sea, but the pools and hotel amenities make the experience unforgettable. The employees make you feel like family and you don't feel the lack of a buffet or things you could enjoy before this pandemic. The spa and its services are of the highest quality. Excellent hotel, staff, location and security measures for the pandemic.”

“After having some issues upon arrival, I am happy to say the staff has been wonderful in rectifying the deficiencies and been more than accommodating. The restaurants have great food, fast service, and Hard Rock goes well above and beyond in making you safe with social distancing and sanitizing. As a healthcare professional, I believe they are going above and beyond what needs to be done to keep your family safe. After a rough start, I will say I plan to return to the Hard Rock brand. Eddie and Dorian have been the sole reason I will return, they are assets to your brand Hard Rock.
Side note, please make bedding more comfortable.”
