Una experiencia increíble, todo esta muy bien pensado para vivir algo diferente, resaltar la gastronomía que esta un nivel superlativo, así como la atención de los server, chefs, hoster, y todos en general. Una mención especial para el restaurante Cala di Luna a su capitán Jorge, el chef Arturo, y los meseros Javier y David, en el Mercado 19 a los meseros Luis Carbajal y Jose que también nos atendió en el restaurante Italiano Silento Mención a parte a todos los chicos de animación, son increíbles hacia mucho tiempo que no veía a las personas que se encargan de esta actividadque lo hicieran con tanta dedicación. Sin dudas volveríamos y también lo recomendaremos, Muchas gracias a todos!!!!

Gastronomia excelente, moderno, bonito, um atendimento impecável, mas perde uma estrela na minha opinião no sentido de não ser "totalmente all inclusive". Coloco entre aspas porque se pedir champanhe, vinho, whisky, quaisquer outras bebidas alcoólicas no quarto paga a parte. Na parte externa do resort está realmente incluso. Se melhorasse nesse aspecto, ganharia 6 estrelas até. Excelente experiência e recomendo a todos.

Had a great experience in February 2020. I convinced our friends to join us for our return trip this past week, September 2021. The service, food, staff and accommodations were even better than the last time. This is the only all inclusive resort I will go to moving forward. I have visited 5 different resorts but Atelier blows them all out of the water. WE WILL BE BACK!

If you are going to Cancun and looking for an all-inclusive, look no further. I was impressed on so many levels, in terms of how we were greeted with a guava drink in a champagne class and towel to refresh ourselves. The resort is immaculate, the pool with swim up bars, cabanas at the pool and on the beach, were first class. They have 7 restaurants, where the food and presentation is what you would expect from a high end restaurant. I cannot wait until we plan a return visit, and if you can afford it, spend extra for the room that has the swim up pool on your back patio.

Una maravillosa y grataexperiencia tuvimos en este hotel que presenta innovaciones en la hotelería, en estilos arquitectónicos, decoración, arte, formas, colores, oloresy su oferta gastronómica.Fue muy placentera nuestra estancia, disfrutamos todo: las áreas, los restaurantes,la habitación, la alberca, la playa, etc.Estamos muy agradecidos por el upgrade y las atenciones que tuvieron con nosotros por nuestro aniversario. La aplicación que tienen es muy amigable y útil.El e-concierge muy servicial y oportuno. Muchas felicidades seguramente están marcando una diferencia en la hotelería y el concepto todo incluido .

This property was nothing short of AMAZING. The food was great and drinks were not watered down. The drinks were not watered down. There was an up charge for Azul and 1942. The spa was top tier and probably one of the best massages I ever had. The ocean view was truly just that. Room service was great as well! I rarely rate something 5 stars but this resort deserves EVERY ONE! I will go back. I felt safe and pampered every moment being there.

The rooms are very nice, as well as the hotel lobby.I was there with a corporate group and many aspects we dealt with directly through the hotel were handled very well.The service from anyone in any part of the hotel was really incredible.That, I would say, was the highlight of the hotel.I did think there should be a casual buffet lunch & dinner option restaurant.Each food outlet (besides breakfast) was a la carte & only off the menu options.Food was probably 7 out of 10.One thing that I did not like is when you get housekeeping service, they put all furniture back where they were at check in.I like to move a coffee table, side table, luggage rack, etc. to be out of the way & have more space in the room.Also, if bath & sink soaps were used even once, they gave you a brand new one.This is such a waste (even environmentally) & also more money for the hotel to spend.Guests can use the soaps for showering & bath sink more than a day or two.

Loved this resort so much. The resort was very well maintained, the pools were clean and the beach was manicured. The food went above my expectations as well, I loved all of the options that were available. My favorite spot was the coffee shop. Super comfortable and convenient. The only bad experience I had was unfortunately in my favorite coffee shop. One of the staff members was unnecessarily rude to me one morning. My friend and I came in and ordered a coffee, he expressed we have to wear a mask (which is fine I just didn't have one on me), I asked if he could provide one as I knew at that point all outlets had them on-hand. The man rudely waved me off and said no. I asked him again because I knew they had masks and he ignored me. So, I went to the concierge to get one and came back. I ordered my coffee from another person that was working there at the time who was very nice. The shorter man brought us our order and my friend said, "thank you!" and he responded quietly and smuggish, "si". He must have been having a bad day! OTHER THAN THAT, everything was fabulous down to the last detail. The gym and juice bar were also favorites of mine. Very fresh! I drink lemon water every morning so I was over the moon when I saw that it was available here. We will be coming back!

My sister and I took a vacation here in July 2021 so I'm almost 2 months late but better late than never.We had high expectations about this hotel and they were exceeded. From the car service at the airport to the hotel along with the entire stay. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. We felt safe the entire time due to the security and gates you need to bypass to get to the hotel. We had a junior suite which was beautiful and spacious. The view from our balcony was amazing and pretty much the entire hotel. I love the fact that this hotel is all-inclusive. I typically don't have good experience with restaurants at hotels but literally, every restaurant was super tasty and the service at every bar was always wonderful. If I said anything went wrong on my trip I'd be making stuff up. The hotel offers so much to do so you don't even really need to go downtown or travel outside of the area. Next time we go to Cancun this is our only option. 10/10

My time at the resort was incredible - not only was the resort was beautiful, what I want to specifically point out is the amazing staff that was so kind and helpful.Marcos, Jorge, and the sweet lady that was doing the Salsa dancing and a lot of the activities at the pool were so HELPFUL and FUN!!!Secondly, we had our food served by ELVIS and he was so nice!Thirdly, a huge shout out to everyone that works in the spa - so professional and lovely!

Excelente servicio en todos los sentidos; los empleados te atienden con la mejor amabilidad posible, los restaurantes son increíbles y tienen platillos magníficos. Es un hotel con instalaciones nuevas, los empleados son muy amables aunque pienso que a varios les hace falta mayor experiencia, para recomendar platillos/bebidas o conocer horarios de sus restaurantes / bares.En general fue una muy buena estadía, la playa, bonita , aunque había algo de oleaje si podías ingresar varios metros y no había mucha profundidad.La comida y las bebidas fueron de muy buena calidad.El hotel es grande y estaba poco concurrido, por lo cuál se sentía un ambiente tranquilo, pueden mejorar un poco poniendo más gel antibacterial en distintos puntos del complejo.

Soy agente de viajes, y tras mi experiencia en vuestro hotel, solo puedo recomendarlo a todos mis clientes. Nuestra experiencia ha sido fantástica, en general el personal, es para bajarse el sombrero, y el personal ya te hace mucho en la experiencia en un hotel, ya que puede hacértela mucho mejor o peor. La comida de todos los restaurante exquisita, vuelvo a recalcar la atención del personal, sabiendo cada plato que hacian en cocina. Mucha variación de restaurantes y servicio de habitaciones con comida variada 24 horas. Hotel muy cuidado en decoración.

We had such a great time at Atelier! The staff were all so welcoming and helpful. The food was very delicious! The roof top bar and all of Atelier was so beautiful! We have zero complaints and would recommend this property to anyone. A big Thank You to all the staff and to our travel agent, Amanda Scott with Tycoon Travel for recommending and booking this wonderful property for us and our friends. Our group was a total of eight and that included our travel agent. You know it's a great place, if your travel agent stays at a resort!! We loved it and hope to be back someday!

During our stay we enjoyed lots of very fine food and an awesome pool in a great location with great views. None of that was nearly as impressive as the service we received from the staff. The staff members that we saw on a daily basis gave us THE BEST experience I have ever had on a vacation. Mauricio and Alfonso in the breakfast buffet were amazing and felt like real friends by the end of the trip. We felt the same about our bartenders Felix and Irvin who made the best mixed drinks I have ever had. I can truly see all 4 of those employees love for their job, and the place they work. And I took my time to write this out of gratefulness for the experience that they made for us. Can't wait to come back.

If you’re searching high and low for the best resort look no further, this is THE ONE! You will not be disappointed. My husband and I were blown away by the great service, good food, and strong drinks. The pictures don’t do it justice this place is beautiful. The room was so nice the bed lit up the floor when you stepped out of bed in the middle of the night-just fancy; the resort smelled like heaven . We enjoyed playing pool volleyball and taking shots at the swim up bars. We also liked to ride on the catamaran which was free. There’s also free kayaks , tequila tastings, bonfires , shows, and more. No complaints about my stay. I can’t wait to go back.

Localizado numa das melhores zonas de praia da região de Cancun, este hotel está dividido em zona só para adultos e outra zona de famílias. Um hotel dentro de um resort, oferecendo praias "exclusivas", por dificilmente ser possível aceder a elas pelo exterior. O hotel conta com quartos espaçosos e com uma decoração contemporanea, com varanda ou jardim. Oferta de restauração muito boa em termos de qualidade e diversidade e os empregados são super simpáticos. Recomendo. Há melhores hotéis 5*, mas não teem este preço.

I have travelled extensively and have visited few hotels at this price point with the immaculate level of service and attention to detail that the Atelier has. You are left wanting for nothing, as the private concierge surprises at every beck and call, the friendly staff smile and greet and every interaction is one of perfection and personality from the staff working there. The highlight of course being the incredible food at each of the restaurants (Besides Mercado19 dinner service). Every meal well worth $200USD per sitting, we found the quality of food, what is on offer and each meal an absolute delight. No buffets and cheap burger bars here. The swim in swim-out room was perfection in setting and in look and feel. The green marble shower a joy to use and the nothing did not work as it should have in the room, a rare sight these days in hotels. Private beach area, tending to on hand and foot and the upper level pool with unbelievable views of the area with private dining and drinks service. The unique look and feel of every area of the hotel means you never feel bored, each bar different in drinks they serve. The gym is even top notch, one of- if not the best I've experienced at a hotel. Thank you for an unforgettable experience. Truly worth every cent and more

If you are looking for the perfect vacation experience then this is the right place to visit! Tasty restaurants, all you can eat and drink, extremely friendly staff, huge pool, spacious rooms, and located right on the beach... what more can you ask for! Also, I highly recommend eating at the Mercado 19 (Market for 19) restaurant for dinner. Delicious and quality Mexican food. We went there twice and Gustavo was our waiter both times. He is a very genuine and friendly guy and remembered us from the first time we were there. Always went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Ask for him when you eat there!
