“Encantador hotel con un gran personal. Nos alojamos por 2 noches, lamentando no haber reservado una estancia más larga. La comida: El buffet de la mañana y el mediodía es abrumador. Tantas cosas para elegir y todo sabe muy bien. Cena: el buffet no estaba disponible, por lo que era un menú a la carta. El especial de ternera es realmente bueno. La segunda noche comí el bistec. Era un poco caro a 160 AED. Sin embargo, felicitaciones al chef, por cocinar a la perfección (pedí raro).Las habitaciones eran increíbles, con un hermoso balcón que tenía una hermosa vista general.Spa: Tuve un tratamiento de masaje, de un profesional absoluto. Ordené el masaje deportivo, al principio, realmente no hizo mucho, pero la intensidad aumentó a medida que pasaba el tiempo.Piscina / Playa: El agua de la playa estaba demasiado caliente. Además de eso, una alta concentración de agua salada, que lastimaba los ojos. Eso hizo que el área de la piscina fuera el lugar para estar. Dos piscinas, 1 para los más pequeños y otra de 1,2 metros. ¡Absolutamente encantador y agradable!¡Todo el personal estaba interesado en cómo estábamos experimentando nuestra estadía! ¡Pasamos un tiempo fantástico aquí!”

“It was a great experience. I stayed for 1 night this time as I wanted to experience the resort. Loved the massages and the breakfast, they were highlight of my experience. The only negative point to be mentioned here is the key issue (I was upset about it). Your key will stop working at exactly the same second until you are supposed to checkout. We requested for late checkout and it was given to us but the key wasn't updated, I requested a staff member passing by to open the door of our room and but he was very rude in his response. I guess staff can be given a bit more training on how to respond to the guests. I deducted 2 points from the rating because of that bad experience at the time of checkout!!”
