“Great stay! The resort style pool was fabulous and there was plenty of seating even when the pool was busy to find a lounger. The poolside TV was great for Saturday football, great food at the poolside bar. I wouldn’t recommend The Grill restaurant, overpriced and food was mediocre at best. My husband and I had a great anniversary trip here and would love to return again!”

A estrutura é magnífica, a localização ainda é privilegiada. Fica na Internacional Drive em um trecho muito calmo. Nessa estadia tive um problema, que foi resolvido, mas me causou muito incomodo. Cheguei no hotel para o check Inn de madrugada e fui para o apto. Entrei no apto e senti um cheiro de mofo, fraco mas tinha. Como o ar condicionado estava muito forte (frio) o cheiro de mofo ficou fraco. Durante o sono respirei aquele ar com mofo e quando acordei........gastei U$S 130,00 em anti alérgicos, anti gripais, analgésicos, pastilhas para a garganta......três dias sem poder aproveitar a viagem. Logo pela manhã falei com a portaria que me trocou de apto mas perdi um bom tempo fazendo a mudança de bagagem e me recuperando dos efeitos da alergia. Ninguém do hotel me ofereceu reembolso dos remédios, não pedi mas ninguém ofereceu! Se eu voltaria,? Sim. Se recomendo? Sim. Porém, ao entrar no apto diminua a potência do ar condicionado e deixe o ambiente aquecer um pouco para que vc possa sentir o quanto o apto está limpo ou não!!!!

Amei esse lugar!! Fiquei nos apartamentos conjugados. São muito espaçosos, arejados, com cozinha, sala de jantar, sala de estar, quarto e banheiro. Vaga gratuita no estacionamento.

Limpeza péssima, apartamento com mal cheiro, úmido, carpete que era impossível caminhar descalço sem os pés ficarem imundos. A infra estrutura das piscinas é muito boa, mas só. Atendimento deixa desejar.

Nice resort that I have stayed at many times. Pool furniture however is falling apart and desperately needs to be replaced. The food choices at the main pool has got very limited and the quality has went way down following covid. We normal always eat lunch around the pool but not this time. Nice resort just needs some improvements.

Very professional staff. We were impressed right at check-in and throughout our vacation.Rooms were very clean and quiet, which we really appreciated.Expensive property with many pools, hot tubs and activities.. plus a golf course on site!

Beautiful resort. Friendly and attentive staff. Grounds beautifully kept. Would never have known hurricane Ian had passed through a few days prior. Pools are spacious and clean. Lots of activities for all ages. Highly recommended 👌

This place is amazing. We booked on Chase rewards and were very surprised and how awesome this place is. We do plan on getting back (hopefully for a longer stay) and take more advantage of what this resort has to offer. Close to just about everything we were going to. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.
We both highly recommend this place. It didn't feel like we were surrounded by theme park vacationers. I especially want to utilize the golf facilities.
BTW...the Mississippi Mud slide at the pool was fantastic.

Beautiful hotel, just had a few things I didn’t like, first check in and check out time is way too short. They locked us out our room in the morning, when I went to go get my nails done at their spa, it was exactly 10:07 when I got back, had to go to guest services to get another key which was good for 15 mins. This is too strict for a high end resort. Besides that, food could us a lot of work. I would stay for the pool and ambiance and the great rooms, just be prepared for the high prices on goods and food as well as the 4pm check in and 10am check out.

La verdad muy decepcionado siendo cliente y dueño de un paquete vacacional con los marriott..la habitación no estaba limpia como se debería. Con falta de utensilios de cocina..en el área de piscina no hay toallas desde la mañana. A pesar que el lugar no esta a máximo capacidad. Y aunque lo reporte desde temprano nadie resolvió nada..piénsenlo bien antes de comprar aqui..

La experiencia en general fue muy decepcionante. El hotel es bonito aunque algo viejo. Uno esperaría mejor servicio para 200 dólares la noche. Nunca limpiaron nuestro cuarto y hay que andar pidiendo toallas nuevas y shampoo. Los restaurantes están bastante promedio, pocas actividades al interior del hotel y alejado de las principales atracciones. Definitivamente hay mejores opciones. No regresaría

Always a nice stay. Would’ve given 5 stars but housekeeping doesn’t turn in the items you forget. I contacted the property a few hours after I left yesterday 7/27/22 as soon as I remembered. Today they informed me nothing was turned in by staff, not surprised yet I am. Reflection of upper management and housekeepers character. Just wanted to put this out there if we forget our items, accept the it and unfortunately expect it? Enjoy your stay, we always do.To general manager: Try offering an incentive to staff, to turn items in left behind and help keep employees honest and feel valued. Even if food items are tossed as required when left, document those items before tossing. Make staff accountable and keep a reward system them for it.

Absolutely LOVED this resort! The daily/nightly events are awesome!! The friendly staff and helpfulness they provided made it that much easier for us to feel comfortable. The room was excellent, everything provided for our week stay. Pool areas were very clean and the pizza was awesome!!
