“Overall I enjoyed my stay in room 721. Corner room view was very nice. We celebrated our anniversary here and was greeted with macaroons and champagne. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were beautiful the exercise room was really nice.
They hold $300 for incidentals, self parking was not clear. We ended up parking at a lot two blocks away for a cheaper price ($15/ day). Pool is only 3-4 ft deep.
A complaint I would have is that we could not get our room as cold as we wanted even with the thermostat turned down (lowest was 64). Also there is no fridge/ microwave. Took some stuff out of the mini bar to keep a steak cold. Apparently there a sensor on each item. Got this easily fixed”

“Best hotel in Nashville, and we’ve stayed at them all. We’re back for our second stay in a month at this new hotel. Didn’t think the first time could be topped, but it just gets better. The design is refined, peaceful and yet comfortable. The staff is warm and sincere, everyone goes out of their way and nobody directs you to talk to someone else if your question is outside their role—they handhold you to the answer. We love every part of the experience. The Location is perfect, it is outside the downtown party scene and yet still walk to everything. Blue Aster restaurant is great, I think we’ve eaten every dish on the menu. 5-stars aren’t enough for this hotel.”

The entire staff was very welcoming and accommodating. They made my birthday trip unforgettable. The room was beautiful. The bed felt amazing. The concierge was great. Those lavender cookies they leave at night were amazing. I slept so good I thought I was drugged. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Nashville. Oh and the cool aromatherapy towels in the gym 10 out of 10.

This new Hilton property was simply fantastic. Modern. Upscale. Everyone, from valet to bell hops to the front desk staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The service for our very short stay was impeccable. My only complaint would be the road noise, which lasted until nearly 3 am. But that is out of this hotel (or surrounding hotels) hands. Highly recommend. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with an incredibly professional and top notch staff. Stayed for a business event and the upgraded skate rooms were pristine. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, The Blue Aster, and it was by far the best meals we had all week and I don’t say that lightly since Nashville is known for its good eats. Had the lamb chops and they were perfection. Shoot it’s too Michael, Karen, Kayla and Tyler in the restaurant for being such great wait staff. Austin, Mark and KT up front in the lobby were friendly, helpful and funny. We loved how special we felt every time we walked back into the hotel. The pool area is not large but bigger than most other hotel pools in the area and the cabanas add a luxurious feel. Overall I would have to say this is a win. I’d definitely stay here again over other hotels in the area.
