“Our stay was amazing, we didn’t want to leave! The service was excellent, the food was great, the pools and restaurants are fantastic, and the employees were honestly some of the nicest people I have met! We have zero complaints and will definitely be staying again! Thank you for an awesome vacation!”

“We were there September 23-28 with a large group with our travel club. The rooms, building, grounds and spa were excellent. However the food and food service were terrible. The concierge service was truly awful. Room service was ordered and never delivered and the restaurant service and food was less than adequate. I celebrated my birthday while there and several people paid for items for my room that I never received. 1 person bought a cupcake and hand wrote a card for me that was not with the cupcake-she had to go have them retrieve it from a drawer and bring it to my room. My husband had a banner, rose petals, balloons, chocolate strawberries and bubbly to be delivered and I never got the balloons, strawberries and bubbly. Another friend ordered a cake and banner to be delivered and I never got either of those delivered. Please note that all of these items were paid for but never arrived. We travel a great deal and this was the worst experience we have had to date.”
