“Getting to stay right next to the river walk and within walking distance from the Alamo, was great!! The fact that they don't even offer one complimentary bottle of water unless you pay for it, made the experience a bit less than perfect!”

“I hate to not give them a full five stars. The ribeye cowboy steak was impeccable and our servers were delightful! I'm a 20% tipper most of the time for good service they were so amazing they got 25% from me, which is a rarity. I give 18% if servers basically have delivered my food and not spilled anything on me... 😂 And if you're rude and you spill things on me you still probably will get 15%. I took a star away because the hostess staff was subpar, unwelcoming and not very professional. With a reservation my table should be ready at the time of the reservation and especially when not busy. Also when my husband called for the reservation they told him about the free valet parking but not that the first stand was closed in front of the hotel, when I mentioned it to the hostess she then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that they always tell people not to go to the first stand.... No that's the point of me telling you that we weren't told, I hate people who do not listen and then argue when I'm just giving information about a lack of service and if it wasn't a high-end restaurant I wouldn't have bothered at all. She had me so irritated that I was ready to speak to a manager. Not something I want to do when out celebrating my anniversary. So thankfully we had the most amazing servers who turned around the night and then some! Even gave us a special little happy anniversary dessert!”
