“This was my second visit to this property this year. The first time I was really impressed with the service and condition of the hotel room at check in. This visit the staff were accommodating but the room cleanliness had decreased. The floor was directly, there was hair in the shower, hand soap nor the shower gel were restocked properly.
This is a beautiful hotel. I hope they maintain it better so it stays a beautiful hotel & not run down like so many others in the DMV area.
The bar staff downstairs was great. Just wish the bar hours were longer on a Saturday night. The rooftop security was rude and his disposition was aggressive.
For these reason I’m giving my recent experience a 3.”

“Esta fue mi segunda visita a esta propiedad este año. La primera vez quedé realmente impresionado con el servicio y el estado de la habitación del hotel en el momento del registro. En esta visita, el personal fue servicial, pero la limpieza de la habitación había disminuido. El suelo estaba directamente, había pelos en la ducha, ni el jabón de manos ni el gel de ducha se reponían correctamente.Este es un hermoso hotel. Espero que lo mantengan mejor para que siga siendo un hotel hermoso y no descuidado como tantos otros en el área del DMV.El personal del bar en la planta baja fue genial. Ojalá el horario del bar fuera más largo los sábados por la noche. La seguridad de la azotea fue grosera y su disposición fue agresiva.Por esta razón le doy a mi experiencia reciente un 3.”
