We visited this Hotel for a convention in November 2019. We booked 5 rooms for our employees.
We had to call more then 12 times with hours on the phone just to get booking straight with our employees names on the rooms. Crazy NO Service!!!
After paying for the Multiple Rooms up front 3 weeks earlier when our employees arrived they only had us booked for 1 night instead of 2 nights.
As well as no rooms were ready and it’s Now 5:00 O’clock!!!!
They soon said about 5:30 that one of the 5 rooms were available. But unfortunately they couldn’t give us a key as the key machine was down.
It took until 6:30 before A manager finally got involved and arranged the other rooms for our employees but still with No Keys!!!!
It took for ever to straighten out our billing that we had to prove was Prepaid!!
Now 2 days later My credit card has be charged a additional 3200 from the hotel and I’m on the phone over a hour with the original getting cut off and hung up on and leave message with no call back.
Still no solution.
Very Frustrating!!!!
