“Nice room but food service was not good. No dinner available at arrival and no breakfast neither because it was too early. They need to improve in this aspect. The hotel driver charged twice what a regular cab charged the night before. It was also too far from the airport.”

“I have not stayed here but I think their attitude is terrible. I booked through a 3rd party and when making the booking the voucher, that should have been added was not and I paid for the full rate for the room. The 3rd party called the Hotel straight away to ask for a refund. Which they rejected. Even though I was going to book straight away the same hotel with the voucher. The booking is over 6 months away and as I said literally look to raise the issue within 1 minute of the booking. Hence, I am unsure what the issue is when there has been an honest mistake and they will not lose out as I was looking to book the same room and etc. If not rectified then I will take my future business elsewhere, as I look to visit Bogotá atleast 8 times a year.”
