Excelente hotel!

I enjoyed my stay at the Platinum Yucatán this past week. A few highlights and tips/cons...Highlights - Excellent service from check-in (Banny was AMAZING) all the way to check-out. Great service in all of the restaurants, buffets, and from the wonderful waitresses on the beach who kept my drink fresh without ever having to leave my chair. - Clean, big room with a massive balcony complete with hot tub, lounge, and chairs. - Enough space to always find a quiet corner but not too spread out, especially if you're staying in Building 5. - As a solo traveler looking for a relaxing week away from "it all," the staff made me feel completely comfortable dining and wandering the resort alone. - Of all the restaurants I tried, Aroma was by far the best.Tips/Cons: - I was told I'd be in a quiet part of the resort, but I think I was right above Bar Salsa because there was thumping club music coming up to my room every night from 11pm-1am. I had to use headphones and white noise to fall asleep. - The resort sits on a really rocky patch of water, so if you want to really enjoy the Caribbean Sea, bring water shoes or hard sandals! - The buffet was generally pretty good but some of the foods really lacked flavor. Made to order stations are the way to go.

My stay at platinum princess Yucatán was amazing. The only complaint I have is they kept running out of wash cloths so it’s best to bring your own. Other than that the food was so good the buffet, Italian restaurant, & hibachi was so good we went there twice for dinner. The room service food was not good at all! The foam party was so much fun. The music was great! The drinks were good & strong. The staff was so friendly & greeted you by name Diego,Ali & Israel were all amazing. The room we stayed in was right at the main pool. The view was beautiful.

O Hotel está localizado na Playa Del Carmen, de carro/Taxi fica bastante perto do centro. Vários restaurantes com muita variedade gastronómica, Staff muito simpático e sempre disponível. Os quartos são bastante espaçosos e sem dúvida que vale a pena com acesso direto á piscina. O especto menos positivo é a praia que embora seja muito perto não é de todo a melhor. Para quem procura exclusivamente praia vale a pena caminhar um pouco para as do lado ou pegar no carro e procurar outras. Na minha opinião é um bom compromisso Qualidade/Preço.

No lo recomiendo. El elevador está en pésimas condiciones y algunos no sirven, hay colillas en los maceteros y lo peor de todo; tuve que cambiarme de hotel por situaciones personales por lo que mi transportación me recogía ahí y al regresar únicamente para tomar mi transporte me negaron la entrada, me dejaron afuera de la pluma como si no hubiera sido huésped. Se le llama hospitalidad y actitud de servicio algo que no tiene este hotel. No regresaría.

Las instalaciones del Hotel son bonitas, el staff es muy amable y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Nuestra estadía fue por 3 noches y 4 días en una habitación swim up que estuvo increíble con respecto a la limpieza y el acceso a la piscina. Hay que tomar en cuenta que el Hotel está a unos 15mins en carro de la quinta avenida de Playa del Carmen. Lo único que podría mejorar es la comida, ofrecen muy poca comida Mexicana y no es muy buena la comida mexicana que encuentras, el restaurante Aroma no nos gustó de hecho dejamos la comida apenas la probamos, el restaurante y italiano y el de carne fueron los mejores. También deberían variar los snacks, de resto todo bien.

Hotel e instalaciones maravillosas. En cuanto al trato que recibimos del personal fue bastante deprimente. Ruido de madrugada por parte de estadunidenses a los cuales nunca les dicen nada. Servicio de habitaciones pésimo, había días que hasta las 4pm no hacían la habitación, nuestra habitación tenía salida a la piscina y la terraza por lo que se ve no debía de pertenecer a la habitación ya que nunca nos quitaban los vasos vacíos ni la limpiaban. El cambio de toallas para la playa brillaba por su ausencia, dejamos las toallas de playa en la bañera junto con las de baño, para que fueran cambiadas y al volver a la habitación solo se habían llevado las de baño, y las de la playa, sucias, las habían vuelto a colgar del perchero. Sinceramente para lo que cuesta el hotel me esperaba otra cosa. Sé que volveré a México, pero lo que tengo claro es que no volveré a este resort

Hotel muy bien cuidado, limpio y en todo momento el personal está pendiente a todo. La chica que nos hacía la habitación (2215 del 27 de julio al 3 de agosto) todos los días, muy simpática, educada y pendiente a todo lo que hacía falta día a día. La comida es de calidad y amplia variedad. El buffet súper bien. Los restaurantes genial, excepto el mexicano, que tardaron 2h en servirnos y la comidaregular. En los restaurantes los hombres tienen que llevar pantalón largo y zapato cerrado, sino no pueden entrar. El tema del acceso a la playa, los primeros días no se podía ni pasar por el olor, había sargazo y no lo limpiaban. Los últimos días empezaron a limpiar, pero no se puede estar y bañar mucho menos. A unos 400metros hay otro trozo de playa que está limpio y se está bien. En general, todo bien. Sin duda repetiríamos.

El hotel es bonito pero la comida no se me hizo excelente especialmente en el restaurante Yucatán para desayunos, el restaurante qué sí se me hizo excelente fue el italiano. Las actividades en las albercas principales son divertidas especialmente el servicio de los animadores Rodrigo y Luis son muy atentos y te hacen pasártela bien. También el show en el teatro es bueno su ballet es muy profesional. El hotel nesecita un buen mantenimiento en las habitaciones.

This resort was so beautiful and tranquil. The food was good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, however their English much of the time wasn’t very good. They had many activities to do at every hour so you are never bored. Really my only complaint would be that the coolest ac setting was 72 degrees. It definitely beats not having ac at all but every night I pretty much slept with no blankets. I would definitely recommend this place!

Fantastic experience at this hotel. The room was lovely, overlooking the pool. The staff were all wonderful, even for our safety; if we were leaving the hotel, they ensured they knew who we were going with and the expected return time. They treated my husband and me well; they provided our every need was met. The staff in the restaurant was terrific, especially our waiter; When he found out it was our anniversary, he made sure that we had a romantic dinner for 2. The food was good too, a lot of varieties. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excelente calidad humana la del personal de servicio, la joven Melisa en el bufé Yucatan, el señor Eugenio en el Bar y su compañera Jovita, hicieron que la estadía fuera muy amena.Las habitaciones muy bien dotadas el primer día, cuando hacen a diario el aseo no cargan por completo la nevera, las toallas, los jabones, es un aspecto muy grande por mejorar.La variedad del bufe y los restaurantes es completa.Las instalaciones en general son limpias y en buen estado, por mejorar la playa es un poco corta y con algas, normal por la época.En general el hotel no es un resort pero las 5 estrellas están acorde.La variedad de licores y cocteles es suficiente, las piscinas están para relajarse y disfrutar de un buen trago y el sol caribeño.

I stayed at this resort for 5 days and was very pleased with my stay. First day we arrived I was skeptic due to my room having the air conditioning not working but before we could even go to confront the issue someone came to our room and told us that they were switching us rooms. The view of our room was great, over looked the pool. The only concern with the room was I wish the air conditioner got a little bit more cooler inside the room. The food: the food was very good to be a resort for them to be cooking everyday to the multitude of people I expected the food to be par but some nights exceeded my expectations. The rodeo grill had steak that was amazing!!! The buffet was touchy but I did like that it had a theme every night so it switched foods so your weren’t constantly getting the same options. Tacos were good. They had hibachi which you had to make a reservation for but if you got one it was tasty. The Italian was also tasty lobster pizza was delicious. Drinks: we’re good did taste a little bit watered down but just took shots of drinks instead. Service: overall service was good very polite. We didn’t get our welcoming champagne like promised but wasn’t upset it was busy when we got there and the unlimited drinks made up for it. Night life: they had something to do every night including a club. We took a taxi to go downtown to the strip to experience more clubs which was nice and not that expensive with a big group to split the taxi. Overall a positive experience that I would say everyone review!

El personal muy educado, la habitación bien, pero el aire acondicionado siempre está prendido incluso en las noches, no te dan opción de cambiar la temperatura. El club de playa está descuidado, no limpian el sargazo por lo que no es posible meterte al nadar. En cuanto a bebidas no tienen cocacola solo refrescos de la familia Pepsi. La comida mexicana como tacos, chilaquiles, pozole y chocolate no tienen buen sabor, y no pican las salsas. Todo lo demás estuvo super, fue el cumpleaños de una amiga y le adornaron la habitación muy bonito. El agua de las albercas está muy limpia. Sin duda regresaría.

5/5 Sin duda alguna este hotel y su personal hicieron que nuestro primer viaje a Playa del Carmen fuese único y espectacular! El personal del hotel fuel excelente , con un servicio Perfecto, sobre todo Bryan el muchacho del buffet que supo sacarnos todos los días una sonrisa y atendernos de maravilla. Los muchachos de todos los bares excelentes, tienen mucha variedad de tragos. En fin el servicio al cliente ha sido de los mejores ! La habitación nos encanto ! Limpia y espaciosa ! El hotel cuenta con múltiples piscinas, actividades para hacer en la playa, spa, shows todas las noches, fiesta de espuma los sábados que fue espectacular y restaurantes especializados con comida divina! Volveremos pronto !!!!

A Grand Experience with Princess! We booked a platinum room and we were very pleased with the walk out balcony and pool view. Our room was modern and well decorated and stocked. They even added a welcome decoration for our anniversary. We enjoyed everything from the pool and lobby bars, restaurants and daily events and amenities. Staff were very friendly and graciously accommodating with any questions we had. Concierge team explained shuttle services and assisted with booking dinner reservations at sister properties as needed. The large pool was always very active and lively full of fun and entertainment. We did not get to try the outdoor caged seating restaurant due to rain but it looks gorgeous. Our favorite restaurants were Rodeo for the steak and salmon, Tao for Hibachi, and the Italian restaurant was pretty delightful as well with very bug portion sizes. (Ask for half) While the beach did have seaweed, the teams worked diligently daily to clear as much as possible from the shore. We would most definitely return here again in the future, overall very good value for our buck.

This resort was amazing!! The aesthetics of the resort is absolutely breathtaking. We were so impressed with every single employee. David at the front was super friendly he made you feel like he’s known you for a long time. The cleaning crew did such a good job. The food was great the drinks were great! The foam party was my favorite part of the trip. The only downfall is the seaweed in the beach at the resort but that’s out of there control. Many many many pools! Would most def stay here again!

GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED 5* resort. Booked at the Platinum Princess Yucatan for our 10 day honeymoon and only lasted 24 hours. Would rather go home and skip out on our honeymoon than stay at this resort. Beach: we were warned that the beach may have some seaweed but we did NOT expect that the beach would be unmaintained, over grown with vegetation, and invaded by a dense layer of seaweed that stunk. Beach ultimately was not usable. Neighbouring beaches were way better. Rooms: we arrived to our room without a loaded mini-fridge, hangers, or towels. We then quickly found out that our bed sheets were soiled with multiple brown stains throughout. Outdoor hot tub was stained with rust. Outside our door also lived a tribe of ants. Overall, would describe the rooms as minimal and grimy with questionable cleaning. Service: slow and non responsive service. Staff were not very friendly and did not look happy to be working. This included front desk staff, bartenders, housekeeping, etc. Food: only ate at the buffet once due to our skepticism around cleanliness and sanitation. The only “safe” food seemed to be the pasta that was made to order. Drinks were gross - most likely due to the very cheap alcohol that was used and being watered down. Overall resort: this is NOT a luxurious 5* resort. It severely lacked cleanliness. Aunts and flies all over, mold throughout, algae everywhere you step, holes in ceilings with uncleaned debris for days on end. Dirty dishes were left around entire resort, as well as empty cans and bottles. The resorts only redeeming quality is that they did eventually end up refunding us our money for our unused nights. We will not recommend the Platinum Princess Yucatan resort, or any Princess resort for that matter, to anyone and suggest that the rating be demoted to a 2* in order for the resort to be properly represented.

Hotel bonito ,aunque empieza a tener cosas deterioradas. La comida del bufet un desastre. Era comentario de toda la gente. Las cenas en los restaurantes de la noche muy ricas y bien presentadas. La bebida si es de marca , aunque baja ,pero usan concentrados con colorantes e hiperazucarados en lugar de fruta para hacer cualquier cosa. Muy preparado para americanos tanto en comida como en estilo. Servicio muy variable , hay gente estupenda y mucha tb q tarda en atenderte o directamente te manda a otro sitio. En la playa en 2 ocasiones no había toallas y la q lo atendía nos mandó al hotel de al lado q es d la misma cadena, pero después de estar esperando una hora!!!!!!....en un 5 estrellas como éste no debería de pasar algo asi. La playa es bonita pero no puedes casi meterte xq hay montones de piedras.

Desde que llegas y haces check in la atención es magnifica, un ambiente totalmente privado y para mayores de edad, cuenta con muchos restaurantes a la carta de comida italiana, mediterranea, texana, oriental, y un delicioso buffete con mucha variedad, en verdad todo muy rico y delicioso. Las piscinas muy privadas y unicas en diseño, los bares tienen de todo menos carajillos que es su unica debilidad, la atencion de los bartenders de nombre Jovita y Edwin fue magnifica, la de Alfonso en el restaurant de carnes y de la Paula la hostess del buffete impecables. El servicio a la habitacion 24 hrs de verdad muy bueno tambien. Algo digno de admirar es que NO HAY PREFERENCIAS A EXTRANJEROS a todos se les trata por igual y al contratar paquete DELUXE tienes acceso a los demas hoteles y restaurantes de la cadena Princess. De verdad la mejor luma de miel que pude haber compartido con mi esposa.

We just got back from a 4-day stay - I was a little nervous based on some of these bad reviews, but either they read those reviews and made the changes to correct them, or those people were just unlucky, because our stay was great.Here are my opinions on pros & cons:Pros: The entertainment every night was nice - we especially enjoyed the fire show.The beach was very "natural" feeling.You could just sit and relax and listen to the water.We did not have any seaweed or bad smell issues, like some of the reviews.It had a kind of deserted island feel - which I loved. The staff was helpful and attentive - service at the restaurants was great (it made you want to tip every time - so bring a few dollars, because you'll feel bad getting great service and not leaving anything at the table).We especially enjoyed the hibachi show at Tao - our chef was the best showman I have ever seen at a hibachi restaurant.The bed was incredibly comfortable (we wanted more pillows and they brought us two more, which added to our comfort.)The double rain shower in the Jr. Suite was the best, and super romantic.The property is well kept and the food was pretty good (except for the Rodeo Grill - we did not like the food at this restaurant - small portions and just not great.)TV channels were great (best cable I have ever gotten at a resort), which made the hubby happy during football season.And you can switch from English to Spanish on each channel depending on your language preference.(Just don't get caught off guard when you channel surf and hit the XXX stations - I wasn't expecting that.)Highly recommend the Couples Romantic Massage at the Spa -the private room with a jacuzzi and champagne after our massage (for about $280 USD) was wonderful.Cons:There were 3 random cats walking throughout the property - they had collars on and seemed to call this resort home, and they were very comfortable begging for food at the Rodeo Grill.Being allergic - this was definitely not a nice suprise.First impression of the room wasn't the greatest - I wouldn't consider the rooms "upscale".There was paint chipping and crooked pictures and dust in the closet and drawers (they were clean and comfortable, but just not what I expecting based on the pictures).Only 1 restaurant open for breakfast and lunch (due to Covid, I suppose), but the options weren't always the greatest.We did enjoy the omlet and taco stations though.(Hint: if you're a coffee drinker, order a cappucino, instead of getting the regular coffee.They are really good and hot.)The room doors are heavy and when they are slammed in the hallway - the echo will wake you up.And there's an incredible echo on the hallway, so if you're wanting a quiet expericence, make sure they don't put your room near the loud pool and hope you don't have noisy neighbors.

Although the rooms and property in general were okay that’s about it. I’ve been going to Cancun and playa for 18 years and the service and food here were the worst I’ve ever had. I don’t recall a single employee knowing anything about any question I asked during my stay. Don’t plan on eating chips and salsa here, as they apparently don’t know what that is. And don’t ask to get served any food by the pool unless you want to be laughed at. Also, beach towels were incredibly hard to find, either they were just out of them or no one was working the counter.I’m not usually one to have a bad time but I will never stay here again. It was all inclusive but I received a random $149 charge to my cc when I got home. It will be easier for me to just make an extra $150 at work than calling to figure out what this charge is, since they arnt helpful.

Such a beautiful resort. The entertainment was so much fun and the variety of restaurants are great. The best restaurant is the International Buffet; breakfast, lunch and dinner is great. They even have late night snacks..everything was awesome. Would definitely visit here again.

This was my first time to a resort and this resort was amazing!!! The staff was great and was always making sure our needs were met! You have a lot of options for food since we were able to go to the sister resort. The 24 hour buffet was also amazing and food was delicious! I will definitely be recommending this place to others!

My family and I have been going to Mexico since I was a little girl and normally go to either the Royal Sands in Cancun or Royal Haciendas in Playa Del Carmen. This year we decided to switch it up for my brothers 30th birthday and go to the Yucatán Princess. The staff was so incredibly bad and completely useless. Don’t count on a solid experience here. They couldn’t even supply us with beach towels or tell us where to get a covid test so we could return to the US. I regret spending money here. We will be returning to the royal resorts after this experience.

Good resort. 5 good restaurants plus buffet. Entertained was good and fun. Some amenities were not open when we went. Maintenance was being done to level up some deficiencies. Paint, wear and tear.

What a fantastic time and beautiful place!!! Keep in mind when booking, the property is split between two vibes… there’s one major pool that’s known as the “quiet” pool: swim up bar and beautiful but no music or DJ and tends to be an older crowd. Then there’s the “loud” pool: DJ playing music all the time, 2 level bar (half swim up half walk up) and this is where all the pool activities are. I did the guacamole making activity, bracelet making, beer chugging, and FOAM PARTY (THE FOAM PARTY WAS LIT!!!). We had a swim up pool room in the “quiet” portion and if we do return, we decided we would do a swim up pool room in the “loud” part bc that’s more our vibe. All the activity leaders were amazing!! The main lady (I’m so sorry I forgot her name but one detail I remember is she said if she ever had kids, she’s name her daughter Sophia 💛) was so much fun and really did well to lead the fun! This place is also connected to a 5 star sister resort that you can take advantage of all the amenities and I highly suggest to do this! But we did prefer the adult only resort.

I love this resort. It's clean, beautiful, lots of greenspace and gardens. Restaurants were great. Loved the swim up pools. We're repeat visitors.

Currently staying here and have not been impressed at all. Upon arrival for our honeymoon they put us on a room with 2 double beds, yippy. From there we waited 2 days to be transferred to a room with a king. I also ordered the love box assuming it was a romantic box of chocolates and flowers or something along those lines but it turns out it’s a special menu dinner which I clearly missed on the website because we wouldn’t eat any of the food offered on this special menu, therefore I would have saved myself the $130 price tag. However after not eating any of it and complaining to the concierge she did nothing in terms of a refund or credit towards anything else. I come from customer service and I just found her response to s customer complaint to be handled extremely poorly. If someone spends s couple thousand dollars to come to your resort you should ensure their overall happiness to avoid 1 Star reviews. Overall staff has been friendly but the quality of the food has not been impressive at all. Hot food has come out of every restaurant at like warm at best.

Excelente, el personal muy amable y atento el bufet riquísimo todos los días habian comidas distintas, y los otros 3 restaurantesmuy gurmet, los shows que hacen en el teatro son muy profesionales los bailarines un 10 y la cantidad de bares que hay en todos lados hacen que disfrutes cada momento la disco buenísimalas habitaciones cómodas con vista maravillosa sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré 😊

* Honest Review*I was a bit hesitant to book here at first because of the bad reviews I kept seeing but I saw a lot of amazing reviews and decided to still book. Keep in mind I’m a pretty laid back traveller, I go with the flow and I’m very understanding but comfort is important for me.THE GOOD- most of the staff are very helpful and kind. Especially Lesli and Sergio in the front. - very beautiful areas on the property. - drinks were usually great. - security was good. - Spa experience was amazing. Especially the massage! Hydrotherapy was not what I expected tbh but I still had an overall great experience the spa. - TAO restaurant was great. -the entertainment staff was great. The main pool was usually fun. - I only went to two shows the burlesque and party time shows which were excellent. - getting the covid test was easier than some of the other review said. They had a barcode and you scan it and put in your info , the lab emails you back a time for your appt. you take a shuttle to the sister resort ( 3 mins drive) and you do your test. I paid 90 USD for pcr.THE BAD - I had to change my room on the second day. building 4 was very loud! I’m not talking about partying loud.. early in morning you could hear everything the staff was doing outside the room, animals at night ( couldn’t sleep). Did not get the usual restful sleep I get in hotels. The bathroom showers didn’t look clean and I found a cockroach in bathroom on the first day. I would recommend booking a swim out room here.. the rooms are much better maintained than the solo or “deluxe “ rooms. -The food wasn’t great but was not the worst. I really only enjoyed 2 meals from the restaurants and the buffet was the best choice. - the beach is not great but I just walked 5 mins down to the sister resort ( which you can access ) and the beach was much better.Generally my stay was okay. It would’ve been excellent if they made slight renovations to the rooms and bathroom. Also if the food was a bit better it could’ve been 4.5 stars with the exception of the beach.

Tonterías como obligarte a llevar pantalón largo en los restaurantes para cenar en los tiempos que corren, hacen que sea imposible valorar otra cosa bien. Buena atención, buffet poco original y el bar de playa abandonado, con basura alrededor de las tumbonas y sin ninguna animación ni actividades.

There's no reason why i should give this place less than 5 stars. Maybe i was lucky but the staff the service were all amazing. Wifi hot water and beautiful rooms. All the essentials and all you can drink i mean it's all inclusive with tons of activities and parties. The cat park was beautiful. The night time is mesmerizing. I recommend just be upfront with what you expect and ask a lot of questions before purchase.

El trato del personal fue excelente en todo momento. El grupo de entretenimiento también realizó una excelente labor. Las comidas en los restaurantes fueron muy buenas.

Un Hotel excelente! Un servicio de primera! Superaron nuestras expectativas! A los usuarios recuerden que un hotel te ayuda a que tú lleves la experiencia que deseas tener depende también nuestra actitud! Tuvimos días de lluvia pero eso no impidió que lo pasáramos de lo mejor! El hotel paso a ser de nuestros favoritos!

Un viaje en familia que se convirtió en una muy buena experiencia. Destacar la amabilidad del personal y la magnifica animación, pese a las restricciones por el Covid. Cumplió nuestras expectativas.

The event staff were fantastic and very friendly and generally the extra staff for things such as the spa, or activities, or bar were great. The actual restaurants were great but were only available for dinner, which is understandable. However, it would be nice to have at least one other option other than the buffet for lunch. There was supposed to be a grill that was open for lunch but it was never explained to us why it was closed during our entire stay. With most of the good out of the way. There was a lot of bad with this place. First the front desk staff are very unhelpful and unwilling to do anything outside of what is normal. They seem annoyed by any requests and generally seem disgruntled. The buffet is pretty bad as most of the food is not kept even remotely warm and the breaded foods are often burnt. The staff for the buffet were very friendly which was the only good part. There is a second buffet on the family friendly side which is significantly better quality and as a guest on the adult only side you are allowed to go over there, but unlikely that any of the front desk people will inform you of this. Same goes for activities that I would have loved to have done but only found out about from a guest that had been there before on our last day. The last bone I have to pick is with the fact that they will nickel and dime you at every turn if possible, which is kind of insane considering how much you're being charged for the room and all inclusive. In all I would highly recommend staying at another all inclusive resort or better yet and I truly mean Way better get a fancy suite in the city of Playa Del Carmen and eat at a different place every night and it will be cheaper and insanely better service.

Absolutely loved the service we received! Everyone there was very helpful and super nice. The rooms were just like the pictures. I also liked the fact that the beach was pretty close. There was a lot of seaweed but they had people to “fish out” the seaweed towards the shore which I thought was thoughtful. We also had access to their sister resorts. My only complaint is that I wish they had more vegetarian options at their restaurants and buffet. But overall we loved it!

It was a great experience and the Hotel was very well taken care of. The pool, drinks were great. The rooms were pretty good. The people and atmosphere made it very welcoming. This time around it seems lots of places had issues with Seaweed on the beach which made it impossible to enjoy. Luckily, they have so many pools that you will find something that suits your swim needs. Only real downer and possibly the most disappointed was the food of their “main restaurants”. It was just bad. The pics will describe a different story but the taste of the food was just really bad. Saw many people just walk up and leave. I wish they can just have a full blown Mexican style restaurant and give tourist an Mexican experience instead of just catering to what we suppose to want. Their taco stand at the Buffet was really good. Overall the staff are the start of this place. The building can use more art and colors , specially in the hallways ands steps. Possibly will be back but doubtful since Mexico has so many good places to visit, is a one chance try and go.

Increíble.Un trato muy cercano y atento, servicio de 10, animación y espectáculos todos los días. Si querías relax, tenías la parte exclusiva casi para ti solo. Si querías más movimiento, podías acceder al resto de las instalaciones Princess.Mi nota es un 9 de 10. El punto que queda es, en primer lugar, porque no se podía bañar en la playa (debido al sargazo), y porque algunos restaurantes cerraban por la noche sin previo aviso (en especial, el italiano).Las instalaciones y la habitación, una pasada.Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveremos
