Relativamente perto do centro de Madrid, local sossegado, quartos bastante razoáveis, pequeno almoço completo e as refeições no hotel bem confeccionadas. (-) a pressão da água do duche

Boa localização para quem viaja de carro a partir do centro sul de Portugal. Próximo de vários restaurantes, salas de cinemas e estação de metropolitano. Zona urbana com fácil estacionamento gratuito disponível.

Fatal. Llevo tres dias aquí y veo que las sábanas ni las han cambiado, todo lo han limpiado por encima la toalla del baño que use todavía está colgada ni la han quitado !! Cuando llegue el wc estaba sin precintar , no había ni gorro de ducha y esos accesorios que suelen poner en todos lo Hoteles , El mini bar ni lo rellenan. El polvo de la tele ni lo han quitado. Así que no volveré aquí la atención y la limpieza es triste por no hablar de la basura del garaje y la puerta toda la noche y el día abierta.

Buen hotel y aconsejable para como en mi caso acudir a un evento puntual en Pozuelo. Buenas habitación, con un amplio baño. La habitación tiene un buen aislamiento acústico y el entorno es bastante tranquilo. Bufé de desayuno variado y abundante. Próximo a un centro comercial y zona de restauración lo que facilita las opciones de ir a tomar algo fuera del hotel.

Nunca fallará un Eurostars. Esta vez hemos estado alojados en el I-hotel. Excelente la atención del personal de Recepción. Habitación muy confortable. Tanto las camas como los amenities de belleza inmejorables. Muchas gracias sin duda volveremos.

Hotel confortable con una muy buena relación calidad-precio. A destacar el trato amigable y amable del personal, atentos y serviciales. Es para felicitarlos. La habitación, correcta y con una buena pantalla de TV. La ubicación, para mi caso, era buena. Sin duda volvería

Muy agusto y contentos, hotel lejano de carreteras y autovías, y por lo tanto maravilloso para descansar ( ni un solo ruido ) . Habitaciones estupendas y excelente atención, desayuno sencillo pero variado, parking GRATUITO y precios muy por debajo de la media en Madrid. Es el hotel ideal dependiendo para qué, en nuestro caso, nos vamos encantados.

Hotel muy agradable: habitaciones muy limpias, la cama me resultó un suuuuper cómoda. Se come bien y el personal es muy atento. La única pega que le pongo es que hacía mucho calor en nuestra habitación y no hubo forma de regular la temperatura. Tuvimos que bajar el diferencial del aire/calefacción, y aún así seguía haciendo calor. Al final teníamos la ventana abierta casi todo el día. Otra cosa buena es que cuando comenté el problema en recepción el personal de mantenimiento vino en menos de cinco minutos. Muy bien.

Le falta arreglos pero hotel cómodo,. Le falta un lavado de cara. servicio muy bueno tanto de camareros, como personal de recepción ( resto no he hablado). . Desayuno correcto/ bien. Selección de productos no es inmensa pero bastante bien. Te lo sirve el camarero, gran selección de leches yo conté 7 tipos. Calidad- precio muy bueno

Mau atendimento por parte do pessoal. Entrei antes das 10h para tomar o pequeno almoço. Para além de um pequeno almoço pobre, as 10:10h estava a pedir café e a funcionária disse que já não podia porque já passava das 10h. Informei a receção do sucessido que confirmou que a entrada é até às 10h mas que tendo entrado antes dessa hora sou servido normalmente. Juntando isto com mudança de quarto com cheiro a amoníaco, muito intenso, a meio da noite. Tenho uma opinião muito má do hotel.

Stayed at this hotel during a business trip. Hotel is good, really helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast. The only thing for me was the distance to the city center. About 30 min by taxi, depending on traffic. However was never any issue of getting a taxi within 10 min.

Just back from an amazing 4 night stay in this hotel. staff and facilities are amazing perfect location if you hire a car. We stayed here to go to the zoo and nickelodeon park. We loved the tennis court. Great fun.

The hotel is set in a quiet location and surrounded by beautiful countryside,yet close to the local amenities. The hotel is so quiet that you feel you are the only resident. The staff are polite and helpful and breakfast food is varied and of high quality. The rooms are spacious and clean, the WiFi signal is however poor.

I am sorry to say but in a few years this hotel has gotten really degraded. The room is now dated and all the wood finishes seem to have been scruffed and there are missing bits exposing nails which is dangerous. The mattress is as old and used and lifeless as a slab of stone. It killed my back. The shower drips between hot and cold. The breakfast room had ants going about the sticky floor next to the counter where the food was. The garage and the nice young man at the reception saved it.
