“This hotel appeared just okay for a 4 star boutique hotel. It’s clean but aren’t all the hotels, I mean mostly. Nothing above and beyond. I always opt for a room with kitchenette as I travel with my toddler. I booked a room with a kitchen here too. had to request them to provide me pots and pans and utensils and dishes, basically every single thing that I needed in the kitchen. I was given a box full of pots and pans and dishes and when I opened the box everything was dirty to the extent that there was still oil and gravy in the pans and on the spoons. Someone picked them from a sink and put them in the box, without washing, it seemed! It was literally the grossest thing I had seen a while. This definitely overshadowed my entire stay. So if you are going to use the kitchen, don’t forget to bring your own everything!”

“Absolutely loved my stay here for my first visit to Houston. The staff is very accommodating, special mention to Northern, Kennedy and the gentleman bartender! Hotel is in such a great location restaurants and a great coffee place all walking distance about 1 block away. Cleanliness was excellent and hotel was quiet and pleasant. My favorite part was the rooftop pool with an amazing view of the city. Will definitely be returning.”
