“No les recomiendo el Blue Bay es 3 estrellas,todo te queda lejos, los restaurantes, playay no tienen carritos de transporte interno suficientes para dar un servicioya no digo bueno, ni siquiera "regular". No puedes hacer excursiones que no compres con ellos, porque para ello debes salir de hotel.No permiten acceso de vehículos de transporte que no les paguen una cuota. Si lo haces,regresas caminando como 2 kilómetros hasta el lobby. Porque esos son sus "protocolos" . La pasamos muy mal. Lástima de instalaciones y ubicación. Pésima política de monopolio”

“Everyone one was so nice and accommodating. They do everything they can to keep the resort safe but also comfortable for guests. The food was great, the shows were great, and the only complaint I really have is that the ac in our room didn’t work the best. But besides that my boyfriend and I had a really great time and I thank Blue Bay for a great first experience to Mexico. Can’t wait to come back.”
