“Hotel Room was filthy. There were nuts and pretzels on the floor all over the room, not to mention that the lounge chair in the room looked to be about 20 years old with stains. Had to be moved to another room because of all the construction noise. TV was out for about 4 hours after we checked in. Both pools were closed which would have been nice to know before checking in. Staff was very nice, but this hotel definitely needs to be updated and cleaned. Will never stay again”

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable, some things were a bit dated. The pool was enjoyable, but the water looked a bit cloudy like it needed to be cleaned. That being said, make sure you were given a breakfast voucher for the "free" breakfast. They list free breakfast on their Amenities tab of the Tower's website, but it's only free for some guests. We waltzed up into breakfast assuming it was complimentary and ended up paying 22 dollars for a meal that was definitely not worth it. It was a bit disappointing and we should have been notified of this at the front desk.”
