“The good: professional staff, room was clean and comfortable.The bad: Thermostat did not seem to work. Although they offer "free wifi", it is terrible, and wifi that works costs $10/night. The process for signing up for it online is broken, so you have to go down to request it. They cannot give it to you for more than a day, so you have to wait on line in the lobby every day to get a new wifi pass. After all that, even their premium wifi is bad. Lots of street noise audible on lower floors.”

“Hotel de la cadena NH en Calle Numancia muy cerca de la Estación de Sants. Trato correcto, amable. Instalaciones acogedoras bien mantenidas. Tenía habitación superior Premium pero el tamaño de la habitación me pareció ridículo para una categoría superior. Eso sí, tenía una cafetera y una tetera en la habitación. Lo demás todo igual.”
