“A good hotel in most respects. The staff were personable, the room was clean, quiet and the shower was good.
Breakfast wasn't great, even for a typical fried buffet, but acceptable if you forget how much you're being charged for it.
The reason I won't be back though is the parking. It's a £21 charge per 24 hours, which depending on your room, is a significant % increase in the overall cost of the stay. There are plenty of alternatives to the Crowne Plaza in and around the city so I recommend trying one of them instead.”

“I go here for a course every month and the staff are always really helpful and friendly. The rooms are really great, the showers are great and the beds are super comfy. Food around lunchtime for my course is amazing as are any food supplies they bring us throughout the day. Parking as a bit of a pain and I get lost around Birmingham a lot but the hotel itself is lovely.”
