“Minha esposa e eu hospedado aqui para uma noite para nosso aniversário. O mini-bar que estava no quarto estava completamente vazio e havia mofo crescendo na unidade. Havia uma luz no banheiro que piscava constantemente quando as luzes eram acesas. As duas cortinas da janela do quarto estavam faltando as hastes das cortinas para que pudessem ser abertas. Um deles não abriu totalmente porque havia uma parte quebrada da pista. Pelo preço que pagamos por este quarto, não havia nem frigobar. Este é de longe o pior hotel de "coleção de luxo" em que já fiquei. Paguei metade do custo de outros quartos de hotel e tive o dobro das acomodações. Não desperdice seu dinheiro. Vá para um Hilton. A graça salvadora desta localização, foi a equipe. Nada além de sorrisos e personalidades felizes.”

“My wife and I stayed here for one night for our anniversary. The mini bar that was in the room was completely empty and there was mold growing in the unit. There was a light in the bathroom that would flicker constantly when the lights were turned on. The two curtains for the window of the room were missing their curtain rods in order for them to be opened. One of them didn’t open fully because there was a broken portion of the track. For the price that we paid for this room, there wasn’t even a mini fridge. This is by far the worst “ luxury collection” hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. I’ve paid half of the cost for other hotel rooms and had twice the accommodations. Don’t waste your money. Go to a Hilton. The saving grace of this location, was the staff. Nothing but smiles and happy personalities.”
