“Hotel limpio, habitaciones cómodas y funcionales. Buenas instalaciones, con piscina y gimnasio (aunque pequeños). Hubo un ligero problema con el pago por falta de atención de los responsables del hotel: retuvieron un pago en mi tarjeta cuando deberían haberlo cargado a la tarjeta de la empresa. Se resolvió rápido pero no quedé totalmente satisfecho, la retención quedó en mi tarjeta por varios días, y el gerente no se disculpó y estuvo bastante despreocupado. Un poco falto de empatía. Pero por lo demás todo bien.”

“I'm only giving them a four-star rating. Only due to the fact that everything seems underscored for what it really should be. when I came into the place it looked wonderful however didn't have that sparkle that I was looking for. As much as I love the Marriott I would have to say I would choose another one to go to instead of this one next time I travel. However hospitality was top notch and very accommodating. Thanks a lot guys for doing a great job”
