“I stayed there for 3 nights,
Customer service, breakfast ,room ,view from room all were excellent. There was a small issue of key,but how the team resolved it was amazing. All the staff were really nice and suppotive. I would like to mention one name "RAFID" , this gentleman man was excellent, I will never forget his smile....

“My room number 2134 2135 very clean tidy by house keeping. First time I stayed in Swiss mecca and the service was excellent. M rizwan for supervisor was very helpful and always keeping the room cleaned. Also housekeeping guy Hamid Hussain was always smiling and welcomed also kept the room
