“This was my 15th or so visit and it was perfect as usual. From Ryan to Sandy to Patrick and all the others always make you feel so welcomed at the door. Mahmoud was fantastic to deal with, he quickly addressed an issue and I enjoyed my 11 nights delightfully. By far the best hotel in Canada.”

“Location can't be beat. Service was over the top, fabulous at every level! Bellmen were all fantastic, courteous and helpful. (Special nod to Travis who was wonderful) Concierge was super helpful and spot on for assisting with our questions and interests. Hotel shuttle service is a nice perk as well! Bartenders at the lobby bar are quick and efficient. 100% recommend!”
