“We stayed here for 5 days - what a fabulous week! All the events planned throughout the day made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool staff- Ricardo & Sylvia as well as Hugo with entertainment team were amazing! Fabiola, Arturo, Artemio were very pleasant & paid close attention each time, moment we walked in, they knew what our toddler wanted & will specially request for the kitchen to make it without even us asking. Sandra with the cleaning team was sweet & she did a terrific job with cleaning and disinfecting the room. The location of the resort is great, walking distance from the market, shopping mall & downtown Playa Carmen. Thank you to all the amazing people that made our stay memorable.”
