The beach is amazing and goes on for miles. Excellent food and service. Would recommend anyone booking to book a room overlooking sea as the ones at the back are on a noisy road. Lots of free watersports. We have had an amazing time. You have to walk along the beach to see the clearest blue water and we saw stingray and starfish from just walking.

This resort is the way to go!!! It is sparkling clean and so stunningly beautiful. But the best part is the STAFF! We have never experienced such excellent service AND a warm welcome. We plan to keep in touch with our new friends and will DEFINITELY be coming back. It’s true: Jamaica IS ONE LOVE. ♥️

We had a great time at this resort. Really nice beach with clear waters. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. Only downside is that beach is not really private so vendors from outside of resort walk the beach and try to sell you things, including weed, and are kind of pushy about it.

Had a great time in Negril. Decent food and beautiful beach weather. There are some things That need improvement. Concierge rarely answered our phone calls and/or were slow in responding to us when they did. Beach vendors hound you constantly while relaxing on the beach. Super nice people though but a little too constant when you’re just trying to chill. I understand the hustle though….The photographers throughout the resort are convenient and helped with not worrying about personally taking pics , however 20 dollars for 1 digital image is ridiculous. We still paid for them because some came out great, but be prepared to pay. Finally , logistics to do off-site excursions is very time consuming and could take more time out of the day than the actual activity, which in return makes the experience underwhelming and exhausting. If you’re a resort person, this might not be much of a surprise, but as someone who doesn’t vacation at resorts often, these are the few caveats that I would want to improve… Jamaica and the people however are very friendly and welcoming. With the few complaints I mentioned, I still had a great and memorable time.

Place was terrible me and my wife celebrated our 10 year anniversary here and would pay not to never go back sandals will not get any more of my money 5 days we did not have air in our room after multiple attempts to change the room they would not change us the alcohol list was terrible every time we ask for a different style of drink they would tell us they were out drive from the airport is not 60 minutes more like 1 hour and 45 minutes one of our days they took us on a 9 hour bus ride picking up the whole island to go to this waterfall but a 9 hour bus ride is crazy I could keep going but you get my point never again sandals super disappointed!

Got home yesterday and already miss the place! Staff was so nice and friendly. The resort was spotless and we received a room upgrade.... an ocean view room that was super nice! Food was great at all spots and no problem getting a prime seat....all were great! Beach Bistro was excellent! Beach was cleaned daily and no problem getting a drink from our beach waitress...only complaint was the pool seating. Could not get a seat due to the butlers reserving them all. they should keep a few available for no butler guests. highly recommended !

This place blew my mind. From the workers to the hospitality, it by far exceeded my expectations. Our butler Stanford was remarkable and "sexy bones" has great energy. I will remember the moments I had there forever. Can't wait to go back!!

We had our honeymoon at Sandals Negril and even during the crazy 2020 year, everything was great. The food, the staff, the atmosphere - everything was fantastic! It was a little piece of paradise! Definitely recommend anyone looking for a getaway to check it out!

I would say beautiful resort, great staff, had a lot of fun and was entertained the whole time (still here) my only concern at the resort is to not was down the drinks. I understand coat (very well) but may switch to portion control, smaller drink glasses. But when a none drinker that normally gets buzzed off of 1-2 drinks doesn’t feel anything after 5-6. Concerning on the amount of water put into the liquor glasses. It’s like drinking sugar water or a smoothie. Food is great, I love that the portions are smaller so that you could enjoy more variety. Anyway I expected more from Sandals (I paid more for a reason) “Supposedly 5 ⭐️ resort)

My Husband and I took a trip here last week, and had the time of our lives. With Covid-19 affecting the world, I felt extremely safe. They have hand sanitizing stations all over the resort, the workers wear masks, and they serve you the food off the buffet in order to keep contact at a minimum. I saw workers constantly sanitizing tables, bars, menus, and everything in between. The Theme nights were fun! We really loved the entertainment at the main stage, as the entertainers were extremely talented. I also became Open Water Dive Certified with the Sandals Dive Team. I had the most amazing experience and felt extremely taken care of by Josh and his crew.
