“Ficamos muito insatisfeitos com a nossa estadia. Ficamos por duas noites para um centro de conferências. Não houve ajuda ou assistência quando necessário em relação às necessidades de limpeza, lençóis extras para sofá-cama e toalhas. Havia 5 de nós em um quarto, nos deram duas toalhas para o fim de semana e nunca mais. Um de nós teve que dormir no sofá-cama, que nunca nos foi concedido lençóis, mesmo depois de solicitá-los. Quanto à limpeza, ficamos muito insatisfeitos. O quarto não parecia estar limpo além de arrumar as camas, se os lençóis eram mesmo lavados. As superfícies estavam sujas e pegajosas e o chão estava empoeirado e tinha várias bolas de cabelo. As camas também não estavam limpas, e o colchão no sofá-cama era quase repulsivo - manchas de todas as cores e bolas de cabelo. Por último, havia uma máquina de lavar louça em nossa suíte que estava cheia de pratos sujos. Quando abrimos a máquina de lavar louça, um fedor exalou que encheu a sala. Não era o lugar que esperávamos descansar descansadamente ao fim de dois longos dias.** ATUALIZAÇÃO: depois de responder a uma pesquisa após a nossa estadia, ficamos surpresos ao receber uma ligação do gerente, Tish. Ela foi incrivelmente apologética e financeiramente acomodada. A conversa com ela mudou absolutamente nossa atitude em relação à nossa estadia, e estaríamos dispostos a tentar novamente o hotel. Conclusão de nossa experiência completa - trabalhe com a Tish se puder. Ela garantirá que 110% de suas necessidades sejam atendidas.”

“We were very much dissatisfied with our stay. We stayed for two nights for a conference downtown. There was no help or assistance when needed regarding housekeeping needs, extra sheets for pull-out couch, and towels. There were 5 of us in one room, we were given two towels for the weekend and never given more. One of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, which we were never granted sheets, even after requesting them. As for cleanliness, we were very much dissatisfied. The room did not seem to be cleaned beyond making the beds, if the sheets were even washed. The surfaces were dirty and sticky and the floors were dusty and had several hair balls. The beds were also not clean, and the mattress on the pull-out couch was near repulsive- stains of every color and hair balls. Lastly, there was a dishwasher in our suite that was full of DIRTY dishes. When we opened the dishwasher a stench let out that filled the room. Not the place we had hoped to restfully lay our heads at the end of two long days.**UPDATE: after answering a survey following our stay, we were surprised to receive a call from the manager, Tish. She was incredibly apologetic and financially accommodating. The conversation with her absolutely shifted our attitude towards our stay, and we would be willing to give the hotel a try again. Takeaway from our full experience - work with Tish if you can. She will make sure 110% of your needs are met.”
