“Disappointing but tolerable. This hotel is in a great location but does not provide a 5-star experience. Tried on more than one occasion to ring room service or valet, but no one answers the phone. The minibar is empty. There is no microwave or even a small coffee maker.I have stayed at 3-4 star hotels that have provided better service and amenities. More Pros....great food in the restaurant, excellent bartender, welcoming valet and staff, but still not the 5-star experience one would expect.”

“This hotel isn’t 5 star at all. No fridge or microwave in the guest room. No robe or slippers. On top of that they charged me a $250 hold on my card for incidentals that they are still holding. My sheets on bed were stained plus the shower were dirty with water stains on wall and shower door. The room is hot and muggy. Definitely not five star. They need to go back and reinforce five star service. Maids definitely not sanitizing rooms the correct way. Looks like they just go in and straighten up what was messed up”
