“After reading the reviews on here I was skeptical, but I found most of them to be not accurate. I am writing this review from my room with only a day left at the lovely resort. Upon entry the bell hop and valet was super nice, check-in was quick and easy and the rooms very welcoming. The buffet was good most nights but I definitely didn’t like the oriental night at all, seaside grill was good and my all time favorite was the taco place. Disappointed that there was no food at the pool and poolside grill never opened our whole stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the entertainment was a ton fun. Each night there is fireworks in the bay from the balcony of the rooms (I believe it was the pirate ship). Room service you can’t just pay for one night you have the pay $35usd for each night and the whole stay and wifi you have to pay for as well. If I were to do a family resort again I would definitely choose this one. This is a super friendly resort and there are lots of kids ( I will probably do adults only from here on out but hassle a 17 yr old with me this visit)”
