“Excluir minha classificação alta anterior. Porque algumas coisas variavam de 4 e 5 a 2, e a última era 0 estrelas. Por quê? ... foram cobrados a mais após a cotação de um valor específico. O excedente foi cerca de 600 libras a mais do que a cotação, que foi anotada pelo recepcionista, portanto, uma quantia significativa. Meu marido não olhou e eu não vi a folha de papel entregue a ele assim que entramos no táxi para o aeroporto. Então, eu disse à minha empresa de cartão de crédito que contestamos a cobrança. Tentei, mas tive problemas para chegar a qualquer um dos três lugares para me ajudar: a equipe do hotel, a empresa proprietária e o agente de reservas. Qualquer ajuda apreciada.”
