Eu gostaria de poder dar a este lugar zero estrelas. Eu reservei este no Priceline quando a I-90 fechou devido a uma tempestade de neve e eu não pude voltar para casa em Yakima. Por um lado, quando eu apareci para minha estadia em 01/02/2021 às 19h, o atendente da recepção estava usando apenas um protetor facial e SEM máscara. O que não faz nada para proteger contra COVID, uma vez que são partículas de gotículas. Fui informado de que há uma taxa de estacionamento de US $ 12 por noite, o que é bastante caro para um lugar como Issaquah, onde há imóveis para estacionar. No meu quarto, encontrei vários problemas. Como essa pernoite foi imprevista, estou com o carregador do meu celular e pronto. As portas USB da sala não funcionaram nem carregaram meu telefone. Isso era problemático, pois eu precisava manter contato com a família e amigos para comunicar-lhes meus planos de viagem. Achei ok vou assistir TV. A TV estava quebrada e piscava em branco na tela a cada 3-4 segundos sem parar. Tentei vigiá-lo, mas estava com problemas e totalmente inoperante. A recepção foi totalmente inútil e observou que ela é o único membro da equipe naquela noite e não há ninguém para ajudar a dar uma olhada na TV (sem uma máscara, eu não a teria querido no meu quarto de qualquer maneira). Por último, reservei este hotel por causa do café da manhã de cortesia. Foi anunciado como pequeno-almoço continental. Presumi que isso seria diferente devido ao COVID. Observei uma placa no saguão informando que o café da manhã começava às 7h e que havia um número limitado de malas para viagem. Levantei às 6h30 da manhã e desci até o saguão até uma sacola marrom com todos os produtos a que eu era alérgico. Não havia alternativa ou capacidade de trocar qualquer um dos produtos. Era tudo comida processada e continha laticínios. Acabei saindo 10 minutos depois, comprei comida por perto e nunca mais voltarei. Economize seu dinheiro e vá para outro lugar.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I booked this over Priceline when I-90 closed due to a snow storm and I couldn't go back home to Yakima. For one, when I showed up to my stay on 01/02/2021 at 7 pm, the front desk attendant was wearing just a face shield and NO mask. Which does nothing to protect against COVID since it is droplet particles. I then was made aware that there is a $12 parking fee per night which is pretty hefty for a place like Issaquah where there is amble real estate for parking. In my room I encountered multiple issues. Since this overnight stay was unforeseen, I have my phone charger and that was it. The USB ports in the room did not work or charge my phone. This was problematic since I needed to stay in touch with family and friends to communicate to them regarding my travel plans. I figured ok I'll watch TV. The TV was broken and was flashing white across the screen every 3-4 seconds non-stop. I tried to watch around it but it was glitching and totally inoperable. The front desk was entirely unhelpful and noted that she is the only staff member on that night and there is no one to help take a look at the TV (without a mask I would not have wanted her in my room anyway). Lastly, I booked this hotel because of the complimentary breakfast. It was advertised as continental breakfast. I assumed this would look differently due to COVID. I noted a board in the lobby that noted breakfast started at 7 am and that limited to-go bags would be made available. I got up at 630 AM and walked down to the lobby to a brown bag with all goods I was allergic to. There was no alternative, or ability to switch any of the products. It was all processed food and contained dairy. I ended up leaving 10 minutes later, bought food near by, and will never be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott here in Issaquah is lovely clean well-maintained actually quite lovely and that's just the property and the facilities the people who work here are amazing... I cannot tell you how grateful we are for everyone's kindness unbelievable hospitality the versatility of dealing with so many different people yet treating everyone with dignity and respect and giving people privacy as well as their undivided attention I find this place and all of their employees to be exceptional they have an amazing amazing facilities housekeeping team beautiful building which of course we can't utilize because of the pandemic.. beautiful grounds beautiful landscaping and the most generous people I have ever met in Hospitality thank you so much everyone at SpringHill Suites in Issaquah

A única desvantagem é quando estávamos em nosso banheiro se preparando para tomar banho, uma das toalhas tinha fezes humanas, eu teria dado ao hotel uma taxa de 10/10. A equipe foi rápida em substituir a toalha e nos oferecer a oportunidade de mudar para outro quarto. No entanto, não queríamos nos mudar para outro quarto, pois nossa filha tinha acabado de ser colocada para dormir e não queríamos nos mudar para outro quarto. Os funcionários fizeram o que puderam para melhorar a nossa estadia e foram rápidos para resolver o problema que tínhamos.

Great friendly staff. Nice room. Our room had light/electric switch outlet reset problem, but the friendly staff compensated by comping the $12/day parking fee.

Parking was well lit and felt safe. The design of the room was great and big space for my daughter to crawl and play in. The bathroom and decor was amazing. The only down side is when we were in our bathroom getting ready to shower one of the towels had human feces on it I would have given the hotel a rate of 10/10. The staff was quick to replace the towel and offer us an opportunity to move into another room. However, we were not willing to move into another room since our daughter had just been put down to sleep and we were not wanting to move into another room. Staff did what they could to improve our stay and were quick to handle the issue we had.
