“I really enjoyed the stay in W Doha but the fact that they blocked my 1600 QR while my stay total price was 1400 QR!!! That really ruined my enjoyment. It has been +3 weeks and they didn’t release my money!”

“The hotel is great and everyone very nice. However it is 14 January and I have been asking to all of their possible numbers/emails for help since December 20th to help me get a refund for an extra charge they added of a couple hundred USD.
They have continued to say they will follow-up and never respond. I will keep reaching out, but this is absurd.”
