“Hotel velho que cheira a cigarro logo na entrada! Chegamos as 00:30 cansados carregados de malas e criança de colo e não tinha nenhum funcionário para ajudar com as bagagens! Vc mesmo tem que se virar! Pegar o carrinho(tem que dar sorte, pois só tem 1 no hotel) carregar, levar para seu quarto e depois devolver! Quarto absurdamente cheirando a cigarro! Tivemos que abrir a janela(que não parava aberta pois estava quebrada) e ficar quase 1 hora fora do quarto) para ver se diminuia o cheiro. Bem longe dos 2 outlets(Sawgrass e Dolplin) cerca de 40 minutos. Atendimento geral ruim! Não recomendo!”

“Getting double charged before arriving really set the tone. This place is decrepit!! It smells like hot dogs and perfume. The ocean view is completely covered by construction netting. The balcony is no longer separated by room. The whole floor shares one balcony and it's creepy. I would have appreciated that information before paying for an ocean view...twice. The pool is closed and you cannot access the beach after sunset. Thankful for the bodega in the lobby so we could get a beverage after 8pm since none of the soda machines work. The $15 per day resort fee only gets you 2 bottles of 'complimentary' water and some pool towels. It states it includes beach chairs and umbrellas but those cost $10-$20 each. After all is said and done I have paid $546 for 1 night including $100 deposit. Steer clear!!”
