The only fault to the hotel was the temperature of the food and sometimes the selection. Some nights you had a lot of variety to choose from, some not so much. They cook to much in advance and it gets cold by the time the restaurant opens. The only time you get hot if you wait for fresh to be cooked and line up. Entertainment has a big variety throughout the day, the team could do more to advertise the selection around the pool etc… to entice more to join. The hotel is very kiddy orientated, however they do have a live singer every night for adults at the outside bar. If you hire a car you need to pay for a key fob to get in and out of the complex, you need to pay for the safe which is a bit extortionate because your getting the safe to keep your bits safe from the hotel staff (not that we had an issue) but these should be free.

A great hotel. The staff where all so amazing from the cleaners, restaurant staff to the front desk staff. The whole place was spotless and so well kept! The kids clubs where great and again those staff where amazing Love the fact your can’t reserve sun beds and they remove towels of the selfish people stick them down at silly o’clock. No stupid running for sun beds here The entertainment was great too

We stayed for 7 nights Great hotel we enjoyed our stay . Clean ,Nice rooms nice small kitchen which was handy with the kids ,pools were great my kids felt more comfortable in the baby pool. Staff were friendly lots to do my kids really enjoyed the shows in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were very good lots of different choices. Overall very good stay would recommend and We will be back for sure

We have had the best time here. The hotel is lovely. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff are fantastic. The food is varied and very tasty. The pools are really fun, with slides perfect for younger kids. The beach is only a short walk away and isn’t too crowded. The kids had a great time jumping the waves. Most of all though, the animation team really made it a wonderful week. There is loads for the kids to get involved in, and the staff really go out of their way to make the kids feel special. The mini disco and the evening shows kept the kids, and us, very entertained. Special mention goes to Alen, Vaclav, and especially Max, who were all just so kind and so much fun. We miss the hotel and staff already, and the kids definitely want to come back!

Slightly disappointing for us unfortunately. The Hotel itself is Clean and well cared for. The staff are friendly and the food is nice. There is plenty of choice at the self service Breakfast, however the restaurant is very busy. The Hotel is very Family friendly which is great if you have young children, but a bad choice if you don't. On arrival there was no one to help with your cases or show you to your suite. The reception staff gave us the wrong information as to what block we were staying in and we spent over 30 minutes in the dark and rain trying to find our room. When we finally realised our room was in a different block it was on the 3rd floor with no lifts to get to it. Not a good start. On a positive note the evening entertainment is great and the bar prices are very reasonable for a Hotel. We might not visit this Hotel again, unless of course one day we become grandparents. However for us next time it would be an adults only Hotel.

Se eu pudesse ter dado a eles 6 estrelas eu teria.3 adultos visitando em janeiro de 2018. Hotel foi bastante, mas cada coisa estava aberta e disponível.Quarto - Limpo e arrumado - Camas Muito confortável - Líquido de limpeza veio em todos os dias - Good Safe € 14 + € 10 Depósito, fácil de usar e realizada grande câmera SLR, Laptop e todas as outras coisas habituais.WIFI - Fantástico, todos os 3 de uso no You Tube ao mesmo tempo. Foi a entressafra, então eu acho que isso pode não ser o caso na alta temporada.Piscina aquecida - brilhante - Perfeito para nadar e muito bem nesta época do ano. Piscina do meio 27 graus. Grande piscina 24 graus. Você pode ter uma toalha de piscina livre com um pequeno depósito, você só paga € 1 para mudá-lo.Restaurante - Excelente - Buffet - O melhor que tivemos de férias nos últimos 20 anos, a qualidade e variedade de comida foi muito passado as nossas expectativas.As áreas comuns, piscina etc onde limpo e muito bem mantido.A equipe - foram ótimas e amistosa e atenciosa.É um hotel familiar por isso, se você não gosta de crianças pequenas e seu ruído normal e palhaçadas, então não vá.Estamos todos planejando levar nossas famílias de volta em algum momento e ficaremos felizes em pagar os preços da alta temporada.Obrigado a todos os funcionários para ir acima e além para tornar as nossas férias tão agradável.

Simplesmente ótimo! Bom entretenimento, ótima piscina, comida deliciosa e ótimos bangalôs. Altamente recomendado para férias em família no outono com boas temperaturas

Lovely place. Friendly staff. As clean as you could expect for a family all inclusive place. Could do with another food option, as the single buffet can be a bit repetitive on a longer stay

Hotel muy recomendado para familias. Trato muy muy bueno. Comida variada,lo único al medio día flojeaba el buffet,pero hay un bar en la piscina con un amplio surtido de comida. Hamburguesas,nuget, aros de cebolla...todo hecho al momento. Habitacion muy amplia. Equipo de animación excelente. Repetiremos seguro.

Adorávamos praticamente tudo, exceto o vento que não está nas mãos deles. É um lindo hotel familiar com funcionários simpáticos e simpáticos ... Ficamos no bangalô que era muito espaçoso, mais do que suficiente para a família com três filhos. Tem uma pequena cozinha e um agradável terraço ... o hotel não é muito grande, por isso tudo está próximo e a atmosfera era tão relaxante. A equipe está realmente tentando o seu melhor, não é uma única experiência ruim ... A comida é saborosa, adoramos tudo incluído, tudo fica mais fácil, pois você não se limita ao horário exato das refeições ... Eles têm clubes infantis dos 6 meses aos 12 anos e nossas meninas de 4 e 7 anos adoravam ficar lá todos os dias por 2 horas .... durante os 8 meses não a deixamos lá, mas apenas usamos o playground, que é super!

La estancia en este hotel ha resultado una experiencia muy positiva y nos lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Esta diseñado para que los niños lo pasen en grande y los padres podamos estar muy relajados. Las habitaciones están muy bien preparadas y la limpieza es muy buena. Lo que más me impresionó es como controlaban la intolerancia de mis hijos, no han tenido ningún problema para comer y María y todo su equipo han estado pendiente de esto en todo momento. H10 os doy las gracias por tener tantos detalles con mis hijos y con nosotros!!! Volveremos!!! 💖

Me ha encantado. Quizás la piscina de los toboganes el agua está un poco fría, 24 grados, aún así, en días calurosos se puede agradecer.

Hotel para familias con niños fantástico: cuentan con servicio de club infantil y animación para los peques estupenda, los enanos lo pasaron genial. El buffet también es muy bueno y variado. En general todos los trabajadores que es de recepción hasta el restaurante muy agradable. Sin duda recomendable

Comida un 10 Personal un 10+ Ubicación un 10Es un sitio ideal para niños (pareja sin niño, no lo aconsejo) Todo esta adaptado para una familia con niños de menos de 14 años.Solo dos pegas:no hay ascensor y cuando estás en la segunda planta carrito para arriba carrito para bajo te cansa.Y que mi niño no para de cantar la canción del club daisy ... imposible de quitármela de la cabeza.Un estancia muy botina. Gracias H10.Volveremos a repetir sin duda.

Just at the end of a 10 night stay here and the place is fabulous, we stayed all inclusive, breakfast and lunch can be a bit repetitive but by no means lacking in choice, dinner was great though with a varied selection every evening. The staff and entertainment team here are brilliant, nothing is too much bother and they are really polite and friendly, the hotel itself is kept immaculately clean and tidy. If you have young kids watch them in the shower as it can change temperature really rapidly from freezing to boiling. Overall really enjoyed our holiday here and would definitely recommend it for families with young children.

We loved pretty much everything except the wind which is not in their hands anyway. It is a beautiful family hotel with soo kind and friendly staff... We have stayed in bungalow which was very spacious more than enough for family with three children. It has a small kitchen and a nice terrace... the hotel is not too big so everything is close and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The staff is really trying their best not a single bad experience... The food is tasty we loved the all inclusive it makes everything easier as you are not limited with exact timetable of the meals... They have kids clubs from 6months up to 12 years and our girls 4yrs and 7yrs loved staying there every day for 2hours.... for the 8 months old we did not leave her there but we just used the playground which is super!

Beautiful hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly great with children. Great entertainment both for children and adults. The food in the dining room is buffet. Maybe it would be nice to have table service some nights. I heated pool and the children's wasn't. Otherwise a great holiday. Would recommend it.

Stayed here for a week during the international marathon. Upgraded to all inclusive. Reasonably priced. Amazing. I've never seen a better selection of food anywhere. The staff from the cleaners to the front desk manager were very cheerful and friendly. They helped us with any queries we had. Highly recommended.

Hotel perfecto en todos los sentidos.Especialmente recomendable para familias,tienevarias piscinas y una con toboganes que permite jugar a los niños.Hay animaciones y bastantes actividades y el trato del personal es muy bueno.Todo está muy cuidado y el buffet del desayuno es muy bueno.Está a unos 200 metros de la playa y hay varios restaurantes y tiendas alrededor

Got a upgrade from jet2 for here as our other hotel had fire alarm issues.Fantastic hotel.Everyone is helpful and lovely lots of entertainment for kids. Pools are great food is good. Lots to choose from won't be stuck for something. close to the beach and shops extremely clean. Family love it. Entertainment every night including a disco at the pool with cocktails. All inclusive is really worth it. Will be back to a H10 hotel again.

Hotel recomendado para familias con niños. Casi todos en el hotel son familias con niños. Las piscinas con barco pirata y toboganes son ideales para los niños. Además una de las piscinas es con agua que calientan incluso en verano, lo cual es de agradecer con el agua a 27 grados. El personal es muy amable y la animación trabaja muy bien. La comida es muy variada siendo las cenas temáticas cada día y muy buena calidad. No se puede poner ningún pero al hotel.

If I could have given them 6 Stars I would Have.3 Adults visiting in January 2018. Hotel was quite but every thing was open and available.Room - Clean and tidy - Beds Very comfortable - Cleaner came in everyday -Good Safe €14 + €10 Deposit, easy to use and held large SLR Camera, Laptop and all the other usual stuff.WIFI - Fantastic, all 3 of use on You Tube at the same time. It was the off season so I guess this may not be the case in high season.Heated Pool - Brilliant - Perfect for swimming and very quite at this time of year. Middle pool 27 degrees. Large pool 24 degrees. You can have a pool towel free with a small deposit, you just pay €1 to change it.Restaurant - Excellent - Buffet - The best we have had on holiday over the past 20 years, the quality and variety of food went way past our expectations.The communal areas, pool etc where clean and very well kept.Staff - Were Great, friendly and helpful.It's a family hotel so if you don't like small children and their normal noise and antics then don't go.We are all planning to take our families back at some point and will be happy to pay the high season prices.Thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond to make our holiday so enjoyable.

Nice and small resort. Rooms were very clean and decor modern , spacious one bedroom apartments. As all inclusives go, the one big advantage was the snack bar served tasty hot food and drinks all day...
