Just visited a friend but so excellent Might even be pricey for some and not so bad for others !! Built by the ocean , surrounded by the ISLA Mall with the Grand Venetian and the Peninsula Towers and the Oasis Beach Bar all very near.👍👍👍

Nice bright, clean rooms with great bedding. The location is tricky and takes a while to get used to. The restaurant is simple but way overpriced for what you receive. There are many nice places to eat close by. The concierge was amazing. From check-in to check out they're always available to assist. The front desk staff is spot on. I will return.

You get what you pay for. The concierge is amazing but everyone else was just slow and wasn't concerned with service. They got angry when they messed up food they made and I sent it back. Good location

Stayed here one night on vacation. It was a nice spot. Pool and $15 breakfast. Pretty long distance to things other than the mall. No real beach access.

Al viajar de trabajo solo lo usé para dormir, y debo decir que si lo disfruté! La cama con un colchón genial!!!, clima en la habitación, y debo mencionar que lo que mas me llamó la atención fue el blindaje anti ruido.

A cama era firme, mas confortável. Arrumação era bastante inconsistente e deixava as coisas em lugares diferentes a cada dia. Amenidades adequadas para o preço. Ótima piscina. Paredes razoavelmente finas (ouvi coisas que você não pode deixar de ouvir). No geral, eu provavelmente não ficaria aqui novamente por mais de 1 noite.

The bed was firm, but comfortable. Housekeeping was quite inconsistent and kept leaving things in different places each day. Appropriate amenities for the price. Nice pool. Fairly thin walls (heard things you can't unhear). Overall, I would likely not stay here again for more than 1 night.

Quartos confortáveis, mas o meu tinha duas falhas principais no banheiro. Não relatei porque o que você menos deseja são pessoas trabalhando em sua sala durante o seu intervalo, mas eram tão óbvias que dá para perceber a falta de supervisão a esse respeito. (A área molhada está inundada e o vaso sanitário totalmente solto) Na recepção, eles prometeram um café da manhã leve se você saísse do quarto mais cedo e na hora de ir para o café da manhã eles negaram. (Eu realmente não precisava disso, mas eles fazem você confiar em algo e no final é uma mentira. A localização é ótima.

Não há zero ou este lugar iria pegá-lo.No primeiro dia, quando fizemos o check-in, o quarto estava sujo e não tinha sido limpo. Isso foi perturbador, pois eles não ofereceram um quarto diferente, mas sim para limpar este. Então fomos ao restaurante e esperamos enquanto eles limpavam. Quando me disseram que o quarto estava pronto, paguei as bebidas e fui até o quarto.Na manhã seguinte, quando fui tomar o café da manhã, a dona do restaurante me acusou de não pagar minha margarita. Isso me enfureceu por causa da maneira como ela disse isso. Ela não perguntou se eu paguei, ela me disse categoricamente que eu devia a ela pela bebida. Eu disse a ela que paguei o servidor e ela disse que se eu tivesse pago, ele teria feito o pagamento. Pedi educadamente que ligasse para o servidor e perguntasse ou simplesmente pagaria novamente. Após algumas tentativas, ela contatou o servidor que colaborou com minha versão. Ela se desculpou, mas mesmo assim foi muito rude.No terceiro dia, depois de passar o dia todo em excursões, voltamos a uma sala que cheirava a plástico queimado. Dissemos à recepção e eles tinham manutenção imediatamente. Descobriu-se que era uma luz fluorescente com defeito acima da pia. Saímos e fomos jantar porque o cheiro era muito ruim. Pedimos a eles que encontrassem uma maneira de mascarar o odor. Quando voltamos, duas horas depois, alguém desligou o ar-condicionado, estava quente em nosso quarto e eles espalharam um óleo com cheiro de limão super forte por todo o chão. Estou sentado aqui em uma sala onde o odor é tão forte que está fazendo meus olhos lacrimejarem. Eu disse a eles sobre o problema, mas eles parecem não se importar com a experiência horrível que estou tendo.Vou postar uma atualização se as coisas melhorarem.Desci para ver o que estava demorando tanto. Eu disse a ele que tinha acabado de esperar e pedi educadamente que subisse ao meu quarto para verificar por si mesmo o que estava acontecendo. Ele agora percebe a profundidade do problema. Estou esperando a resolução.

Não havia pessoal suficiente, esperou mais de uma hora pelo jantar, quando a comida finalmente chegou, era a ordem errada. Não limpar o nosso quarto e saímos durante todo o dia, não tínhamos toalhas limpas, no entanto, depois de insistir, fomos transferidos para outro quarto. Não goste de ter que usar a chave do quarto para acessar o saguão e fazer o elevador funcionar continuamente. Às vezes, eles não funcionam corretamente e ele desliga e as luzes se apagam .😢

Limpio, cómodo y excelente atención

Las habitaciones muy básicas, como cualquier otro Fiesta Inn. Pero la recepción muy chiquita, llena de gente, todos amontonados. Cómo plaza en domingo! El servicio igualmente gris. Los elevadores son un desastre, solo dos para todo el hotel, además chiquitos. Después del check-out no los puedes usar porque necesitas tu tarjeta activa para poder bajar al nivel de la calle. No sé si regrese.

La terminar del lugar tenía problemas de conexión, la cama de ma habitación estaba rota y la primera noche se notaba que no hicieron bien la limpieza ya que se notaba la basura de los usuarios anteriores. Tiene un señor muy atento me imagino que es el botones y la vista esta muy agradable

Habitaciones cómodas pero la mía tenía dos fallas importantes en el baño. No reporté porque lo que menos quieres es gente trabajando en tu habitación en tu descanso, pero eran tan obvias que se nota la falta de supervisión al respecto. (Zona húmeda se inunda y taza de excusado totalmente floja) En recepción prometieron un desayuno ligero si dejaba temprano la habitación y a la hora de ir por el desayuno lo negaron. (En realidad no tenía necesidad del mismo, pero te hacen confiar en algo y al final es mentira. La ubicación es buena.

Not enough staff, waited over an hour for dining, when food arrived finally, it was the wrong order. Didn't clean our room and we left all day we had no clean towels, However after insisting we were changed to another room. Do not enjoy having to use the room key to access lobby and to make elevator work time and time again. Sometimes they don't work properly and it shuts down and lights go out .😢

This was upsetting as they did not offer a different room but rather to clean this one. So we went to the restaurant and waited while they cleaned it. I drank a margarita and my wife had a water. When they told me the room was ready, I paid for the drinks and came to the room. The next morning when I went for breakfast, the woman running the restaurant accused me of not paying for my margarita. This infuriated me because of the way she said it. She did not ask if I paid, she flatly told me that I owed her for the drink. I told her that I paid the server and she said that if I had, he would have made the payment. I asked her politely to call the server and ask or I would simply pay for it again. After a few attempts, she contacted the server who collaborated my version. She apologized but it was still very rude. On day three after spending all day on excursions, we came back to a room that smelled like burning plastic. We told the front desk and they had maintenance come up immediately. It turned out to be a defective fluorescent light above the sink. We left and went to eat dinner because the smell was so bad. We asked them to find some way to mask the odor. When we came back two hours later, someone had turned the airconditioner off, it was hot in our room, and they had sprayed some super strong lemon scented oil all over the floor. I am sitting here in a room where the odor is so strong that it is making my eyes water. I told them of the problem but they seem to not care what a horrible experience I am having.. I will post an update if things improve. I went downstairs to see what was taking so long. The original person that I spoke to left without telling anyone what was happening. That upset me. I asked the oncoming night auditor if she knew what was going on. She was extremely rude...when I say rude, there are names for women who purposely try to aggravate people. She did everything she could to avoid addressing the subject. So, I asked to speak to a manager... by this time it was 11:15. Instead of getting the manager, she went to the desk and started a checkin for a large group. It took about 10 minutes before I figured out where the manager was. He was in a staff meeting. I barged into the staff meeting and asked for his help. He wanted me to wait a minute. I told him I was done waiting and asked him politely to come up to my room to check for himself what was going on. He now realizes the depth of the problem. I am waiting for the resolution.

The dinner service at this hoteles restaurant was in friendly the waitress who attended out acomadationes (Yadira) had an unpleasant tone with me and my family, and I feel like she purposely got wrong a part of our order.their was also a problem with the food because it gave us a stomach infection

Hotel muy bonito y buenas instalaciones.Pero si lo que quieres es descansar...no vas a poder.Hay mucho ruido en los pasillos. Los huéspedes no cierran la puerta con cuidado. La dejan azotar!!! Y a media noche...ya sabrás. Te despertarán.

Checked in and waited over an hour for a room even though I came two hours after check in time. I kept getting told 10 minutes while they sanitized the room but ended up waiting an hour and a half. Not sure why check in time would be necessary if the room isn’t ready anyway? Also was trying to get help regarding COVID testing at the resort and they just told me to go to the airport. Why would they tell me they have testing at the resort and I planned on getting tested here just to get sent to the original place 🙁 Kind of inconvenient. But the hotel looks nice, staff hasn’t been helpful

Beds are cool. The jacuzzi is not working no food and they want to charge for everything. They are thirsty here.

Perfect location and pricing.Easy access to shopping and to the beach.Staff were very friendly and helpful, felt very safe and impressed how staff and the surrounding areas were strict with mask wearing and offered hand sanitizer.Good view and very clean.

A little tricky to get into the hotel if you take a cab or an Uber. You walk through the mall and there is a door there that you need to push a button to ask for help. You check in on another level. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and basic. No refrigerator or ice bucket.I did not use the poolbut did walk around and it looks very relaxing. Overall a great place for the price.
