“The staff simply do not care about their guests. I asked whether they offer tailoring service or at least could refer me to someone on two separate occasions. They were just looking into the floor repeating sorry we do not do this. Only a fraction of the staff speaks English. I could not escape the feeling I actually owe something to whoever was taking care of my order or was supposed to help. Such a shame - it could potentially be an awesome hotel. They need to change management and rehire their staff asap”

“Average sheraton hotel just outside of Santiago. Its about a $30usd cab ride from the airport. Rooms have been updated recently with plenty of "European" plugs. Nice bed, bath, and large screen TV. The front desk was very accommodating on our very earlier arrival. It's as expensive as you'd expect from any hotel. They have a great pool area, with plenty of chairs. They also offer a car service if you are looking to head downtown.
Nice place if you are in Santiago for a few days.”
