“I have stayed at this property its in good location, room is confirmable and nice. But i had an issue with the payment nights of my stay suppose to cost 684 E they have deducted from my credit cared 984E no one is answering me why 300 E extra Ive been charged knowing that the receipt is 684E, ive called couple of times but front desk was not friendly and did not know how to deal with the situation, i have sent an email no feedback is received from there side , incase anyone wants to stay in this hotel i recommend pay cash because they might steal you similar to my situation.”
