“Worst Hilton experience ever. I generally choose Hilton when I travel. This particular one is so poorly managed it has now made me reconsider this brand. The key cards kept failing throughout my stay, I had to replace it 3 times. The lights kept going out in my room 1 day, the technician took 30-45 mins to show up. The cleaning lady, while a sweet a gentle soul, kept walking into my room at 9.30am to clean. Once while I was showering. I blame the management and not her for just poor training. The internet was extremely slow one night and the manager expected me to come down to the lobby in the middle of the night to ascertain if the issue was just on my floor. On remarking that was insane, he offered to do the trouble shooting only to then ask me to wait till the next morning for the IT technician to show up. Finally he calls and offers a speed upgrade for free and mentioned he didnt know this because he was new. The pool was closed for renovation and not mentioned anywhere prior to booking, only once the booking was made. The check out experience was horrible because they staff didnt know I had 2 back to back bookings. Hence they were confused and had to "investigate" the problem. This despite me checking with them if they were aware of the sequential booking at check in. One bad incident can be written off. But a string of experiences just means absolutely horrible management. I expect the standard "we apologise" message after this. Never ever staying here again.”
