“This is a very good hotel in Madrid, the best possible location, the price is reasonably good and you are sleeping over the clouds, my only remark is the very long waiting time for the check in, only one receptionist there handling a long queue of waiting customers, which is why I am not rating with 5 stars. Only 10 mins away from Madrid airport”

“Magnifico hotel. Vistas impresionantes. Cogimos una Junior suite. Desde ella se ve toda la sierra y parte de la Castellana. Salón con sofá y 2 sillones, cama doble grande y cómoda. Vestidor amplio. Baño con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha y WC en habitaciones separadas. Todas las amenities, batas y zapatillas. Sistema centralizado de luces, y para subir y bajar las cortinas. No fui capaz de encender solo el salón sin que se encendieran las luces de las demás estancias. Menú de almohadas. Mínima crítica: el plato de ducha se inclinaba hacia el lado opuesto al desagüe., lo que hace que se acumule un charco permanente dentro del plato. Gimnasio bien equipado en el piso 29 con buenas vistas mientras corres. Reserva previa en tiempos de Covid Desayuno Buffett bastante completo. Cambiaría la forma de pedir café y té y zumo. Deberían ponerlo para servirse libremente y no servido por los camareros, que a veces tardan. Si reservas el parking por la web, cuesta 19€ en vez de 25€”
