“As a Diamond Member I was told that I would get parking comped since Breakfast is no longer included. I found out that on my bill I was charged for parking (I stayed for 22 days this trip. Last month I was there for 11, the month before that another 16).
When I called I was told that was not a policy since June. I have the pervious two bills that do not have parking charges on them. He explained that the cost of breakfast to the hotel was $5 (I am thinking when did I ever pay cost? Usually the charge is more like $12 to $14) and that parking was $15/day. He also explained that he would credit me the money for the parking but I would forfeit my points (of which I paid a higher fee for).

Gestão, a COVID não é desculpa para menos mas sim uma oportunidade para brilhar! Volte para a escola de hospitalidade. Uma nota para o respondente: não se trata da primeira impressão e do cookie que você dá. Depois de 2 em 5 dias de estadia aqui, é uma impressão duradoura que conta.
