“The hotel not bad. A nice standard Hilton double tree, however their front desk customer service needs to be fixed. If you can’t even help a guest check in to a hotel room they are paying money for. You should get a new job. I’ve strictly stay at Hilton hotels because of their amazing customer service but And hotels but danm. Giselle (if that’s how you spell it) and Ariana you need to be better.”

“The Double Tree Hilton in Tempe / Phoniex was a normal stay I guess, perhaps below par for a Hilton Double Tree. Checked in around 6 or 7 pm. John, the front desk clerk was spot on the service. Gave us a couple bottle of waters and 2 cookies. Surprising the famous cookies were oddly cold and hard, looked over cooked. I'm not judging the stay from the cookie, but Double Tree cookies are always a must when staying. Check in the room, the room looked a bit dated and smelled of chicken or dinner of some sort. Definitely did not smell fresh. The in room air conditioner was quite loud, but did the job. Next morning g went to grab some complimentary breakfast, however I was told that they don't provide complimentary breakfasts to any guests regardless of your Hilton status. You may be a gold or diamond member, but I guess that's not a thing anymore. The stay was average, the rooms were average. Not a bad place, but not great. Worth the Money I guess.”
