“This is not a Beach resort. This resort is across the beach and takes 5 min walk to reach Karon beach. Beach is quite and clean and shallow water where you can enjoy with family. Rest of area around resort is quite silent, not much to do.
Swimming pool is the best thing about this resort.
I stayed for 6 days and Breakfast was exactly same each morning, they should looking at changing the menus at Least in 2 days.
The only restaurant at the resort has extremely limited options so so can not enjoy your meal there.
I will not be interested in staying again.”

- did not have complimentary on your special occasion unless asked. (Already acknowledged them before months that is the birthday)
- the breakfast selections are boring. Less than expected.
- amenities like toothbrush have to ask. The shampoo bottle pump did not work.
- the hotel is not beach front.
- I guess you have to request the pool bar side of the building. Or pay more.”
