Originally opened in 1927 as the Davis Hotel this Chicago landmark has 306 rooms on 14 floors. Rooms have 40-inch flat-panel TVs and luxuriously soft beds with pillowtop mattresses 400-thread-count Frette linens down comforters and fluffy pillows. The granite countertops and rainfall showerheads provide more luxe touches. Wi-Fi is available for a fee. The on-site American bistro serves breakfast and lunch and there's also a martini bar.
